2021 workmaster 50 166 hrs dealer unable to repair warranty issue and now that my warranty is up I have a low fuel rail pressure problem which the dealer can’t figure out mean while they are throwing parts at to try and fix problem this absolute BS I never purchase new holland products again

Tractor a lemon!!

So I bought a brand new tractor with 1 hour on it. I didn’t have it 24 hours and it started over heating. I bought it to do hay before I was having surgery the next week. I talked to the owner Jared at Skyview in St Joe MO, and he was very rude and said that he would get out next week to look at it. I said I am going to have to pay someone to do my hay and he said that he understood and never offered me a loaner or to take care of the bill.
So they have came and looked at it and said it was fixed and I drove it not even two miles and the red light came one and yellow light and telling me to stop. I have had this tractor less than week and this will be the 3rd time they will have to come look at it. It is a lemon and they are not wanting to do anything about it.
Awful!!!

So update. It’s been 3 weeks and they haven’t did anything about it. The tractor just stopped and wouldn’t move and red warning lights came on. So there is less than 45 hours and they won’t make. It right. It’s a lemon. They will be the 6th time they have to come work on it being less than a month out.
There a problem with it!!!

Not very Farmer Friendly machine

I purchased a NH Powerstar 75HP tractor and loader in April 2024 and ran it about 100 hours. 1st problem is that the control levers are all difficult to reach, and confusing to operate. 2nd is that the MFWD switch is exactly where you would normally place your elbow when driving. 3rd point is that the oil filter is inaccessible without removing the engine guard. About 2" of space between the loader frame and the fuel filters. The fuel filters are required to be removed before ever allowing access to the fule filter. Fuel filters cost about #80/ea and changing the oil in this tractor will take you about 3-4 hours. $th is the hydraulic oil fill port. It is a tiny tube on the rear of the tractor that requires a long flexible funnel just to add oil as needed. 5th is that then tractor must be in N , Emergency brake set, clutch depressed and operator screen fully booted up before starting the tractor. 6th is accessing and clearing any fault codes that come on while in operation of the tractor. 7th is the procedure to allow the PTO to run while not in the operator seat is damn near impossible. Oiling a baler or using a feed grinder is not user friendly.

I cannot express how much I hate our…

I cannot express how much I hate our recently purchased new New Holland tractor.
If you are not a 6 ft tall man it is a real struggle to operate. Parking brake is nearly impossible to release and it is poorly located under the right arm rest. If you don't use that shrill beeping noise it enough to drive you insane.
The so called quick connect is so difficult to engage and release that I have injured my hand and arm every time I try to use the tractor.
And fun fact, I paid for the tractor, sales rep knew I was paying for the tractor and they put it in my husband's name only.
To ANY woman I recommend that you stay clear of New Holland products.
There is nothing good I can say.

Worst machine I could've bought

Worst machine I could've bought. Machine is still under warranty and the dealer I purchased it from has no idea what to do to fix it and has virtually no customer service. I can't finish my jobs with a warranty! New holland is progressively building garbage and leaving the customer's holding the bag. I paid $110k out of my pocket and this machine hasn't ran long enough in almost 2 years to make back even $10k. Very disappointing this machine has done all but destroyed my livelihood. It's disgusting a company does this and it should be criminal. I paid for a good working machine and have never received that to this day. The icing on the cake is the a/c doesn't work in this oven they've sold me in the afternoons when I need it the most! Im considering suing for lost revenue since I delivered the money on my end and they've never delivered a working machine on theirs.

My Workmaster 35 with 380 hours can't get parts.

My Workmaster 35 has 380 hours on it. The steering has failed 100 precent. The steering shaft has completely rusted away at the steering motor connection. The part is $560 and is on two month back order. The tractor is stored in my shop. The top of the steering column is open to the elements and not sealed. With this kind of parts support this is not a tractor that can be relied upon.

As a retired USAF fighter…

As a retired USAF fighter pilot/American Airlines Captain, I depend on my machines to do the job safely, effectively, and efficiently. My WorkMaster 75 has been one problem after another. With less than 200 hours of use, I have already had to replace the starter, the handle that controls the bucket jams an won’t operate the front end loader, both gas shocks that hold the cab doors open have failed ($106), the handles to open the cab doors and rear window (plastic) both snapped off so cannot secure the tractor and now antifreeze is leaking into the engine.
I wonder if this $47,000, purchased brand new tractor, will make it to 300 hours of use. It has cost me months of down time and thousands of dollars to own/operate.
I contacted New Holland and the one year warranty covered none of these issues.

BUYER BEWARE

I was so excited about getting my first tractor! I WAS WRONG - The tractor and the attachments were not checked before delivering on 5/26/2023. The tractor’s hydraulics failed the first time we put it to work. The bucket dropped and the wheels came off the ground and was upside down in the creek in seconds on 6/4/2023. The driver was lucky only bruised and stiff. He could have broken his neck. Called the salesman, Kyle Rachel, and told him what had happened and that the tractor was not drivable. The tire was popped and he told me I had to replace it, since they do not have tires in stock. He told me, Brim Tractor in Central Point would handling the situation.
6/9/2023 picked up for repair and did not return until fire season. I had to hire another tractor service to do the work I was planning to do before FIRE SEASON started. Tractor was returned around 7/16/2023.
I had called New Holland to inform them of problems that were happening and they closed the case as soon as the tractor was return. Never called to see how the driver was doing or what a headache it was to hire another tractor service to get my work done.
10/12/2023 ish -started using the tractor to dig holes for trees and a part fell off onto the ground.
10/17/2023 ish -Tractor was being used to move rock and the bucket with just a rake in it starting falling again.
Call NEW HOLLAND directly and they told me I had to pay $150.00 for the pick up before they would evaluate, since I don’t have a trailer for it. I told them it was the same problem from the day it came to the property but that didn’t matter. Then I reached out to Klamath Falls, s/w service manager Ethan and he told me he would get back to me, but didn’t.
Frustrated I reached out to Dave at Central Point Brim and he picked it up 11/7/2023, fixed it and returned it 11/14/2023.
The attachments I purchased were not checked and pieces were missing. I am still waiting for a wooden box that hold the small things. A seat bolt was missing until 12/2023. The mower attachment had two arrived with 2 broken bolts and was not set up for the tractor.
I have never heard back from the salesman Kyle Rachel. Once he had the commission he disappeared.
I do not recommend this company or the product. It is just not what I was sold. Everyone is covering for everyone. I was sold a lemon! It only has 17 hours on it. It arrived with 2 hours on it and we put about 10 hours myself and it’s been a headache.
BUYER BEWARE!!! THIS IS STILL ONGOING...... NOT RESOLVED.

I will never order or purchase another…

I will never order or purchase another New Holland product. Their customer service sucks. I cannot get a right answer anywhere or the information I need. They just tell me to take it to a dealer so that they can make more money. Whatever happened to the right to repair law?

I bought a NEW New Holland baler on May 17,2023. The first day I used it which was June 3, 2023 the twine arms hit the stuffer due to malfunction in manufacturing I was later told by New Holland. New Holland repaired the baler & now expect me to take back a NEW baler that has now been repaired because of company malfunctions. I am refusing to accept a repaired piece of equipment & am asking for a NEW baler. I’ve spoken with numerous customer service employees of New Holland & to date problem is still not resolved.

DO NOT BUY NEW HOLLAND!

Parts impossible to find. If you can find them, you will be charged several times the value. DO NOT purchase a part and expect to return without paying a 20% restocking fee even when the part was wrong on their own online tool. If you try to contact New Holland, they route you to a dealership thus insulating themselves from the public. I've attempted many times to contact New Holland but even the dealerships say "We can't get hold of them either..." Absolutely the worst company to deal with in my experience. I got rid of the tractor to make my life easier and bought a John Deere to save myself the insult of dealing with these people with no consideration of their customer base nor simply treating people fairly.
They may have taken me for $200 but lost a sale of $70,000 which is what I spent on my John Deere. Incredible lack of any business sense.

New Holland Workmaster 33 is junk! 475 hours and computer dies.

My NH Workmaster 33 has 475 hours on it. It's 6 years old. The computer went bad. It's irrelevant but maintenance has been done perfectly per instructions in owners manual. It lives indoors. It's out of warranty so it's going to cost upwards of 8K to replace the computer. I only paid 19K for the tractor in 2017. The tech who came out from our local dealer said he's seeing this often with my model tractor. I've been trying to reach New Holland corporate but anything on the internet is a spool of non-information. I can't find a phone number anywhere, that doesn't link me to a dealership. Not helpful. So beyond upset. No choice but to spend the money to fix it, and then I'll be trading it in for another brand. Beyond disgusted. If NH knows there's a problem with this model, why aren't they doing recalls and working on it? My 23 year old John Deere is still running.

My tractor only has 120 hours on it and it already had two gas leaks, do you think this is right I don’t I don’t believe it’s new Holland’s fault, but I do believe Mahindra should’ve stepped up and paid for it

Junk from disreputable company

My New Holland Boomer 25 had a radiator leak where the plastic and metal come together (poor design!). Changed out the radiator and it would not start. Took to dealer and learned it was a cracked head. They want $14K to replace the engine (possible $6K core exchange - but engine is cracked so probably not). They want as much as it cost new to fix a known problem! New Holland rep came to dealer and checked out the tractor. Denied it for their Goodwill program as it was 10 years old (but with only 291 hours on it!). It was always cleaned, never run hot based on the thermometer, hosed off and parked in a garage. Not a quality product or company. New Holland knew it had flaws which is why it was only made 2 years. Now they won't do anything to fix it. I will never buy a New Holland again. The company is awful and predatory. They know it is flawed and because it was babied and not over used they won't do anything to help! How is that right? If it had been abused and blew in the first few years they may have helped! Yet I never received a warning on the defective engine or any warning that it could happen.
