Very good company for renters and landlords

I've been very happy with the service I've received from New Age. They have always been very responsive to any issue that developed with my property.

Excellent feedback from my property manager, when I ask a question. New leases dealt with promptly and efficiently. Really appreciate the walk-throughs to check the condition of the property before a lease is renewed.
Access to professional teams/companies of contractors to undertake major works. In house maintenance excellent.

By far the worst rental experience of my life. Angie was a nightmare to deal with, not returning our phone calls, not competing work orders, and being very aggressive when we try to communicate with her. Basically zero customer service. I'm in real estate so I have worked with many property managers, all insanely better. We left the apartment spotless, found a tenant to replace us when we left, and even brought get a Starbucks gift card after moving in. Didn't prevent us from being a "nuance" to her. I can't speak for the rest of the company, but she's terrible.

Anne Kremer with New Age Real Estate exceptionally managed my rental property for three years. Being and owner was incredibly simple! She handled all tenant issues/concerns and when she need my involvement she came to me with solutions. Anne's communication and rapid responses made it easy for me to trust her and I never had to worry about what was happening with my property. When it came time to sell, Anne took the lead and managed the sale of my property. It was the easiest sale I have ever been a part of! I would recommend Anne and New Age Real Estate to anyone looking for a real estate, property management or rental services. Thanks for everything!

I highly DON'T RECOMEND this company just because we apply on time to rent some of their property but lady name Kelly Frye she lies to us all the time like you guys are first you guys going to get the property and nothing on the end any way she was super unprofessional, like never answering her phone, no explanation for anything , she send us only one email for paysthubs we did this right a way and zero steal our money for aplications fees and how I said no explanation for anything , she just putting her company on bad reputation , I heard that actually from other people about this guys , so I'm going to tell anyone I know , Don't use this guys never..

We cannot say enough positive things about this company and Brett. We rented a property sight unseen but we were not disappointed once we arrived. The home was everything we expected thanks to the detailed video posted along with the listing. We decided to build our dream home several months before our rental lease was up but we were not even responsible for covering one month on the rental contract because Brett was able to re lease that home before we moved out! We also used Brett as our buyer's agent and he recommended the best local lender. Not only is the service above average but we've made a friend for life. If you are nervous about leaving your property in the hands of a company, put those fears to rest and use New Age for the most personal and professional handling available.

This is the first time I have wanted to review a property manager or a realtor . Being Active Duty Airforce for 26 years , we have been through many homes. Brett Weldon is The First in serving as our Property Manager and Realtor that I have been completely satisfied with. Communication is the key to this business . He was very easy to reach and very accommodating even in the middle of his own move. I really appreciated how well Brett gave us the confidence to do what he said he would do and follow through with his commitments.
He understands strategy and keeps current in market trends. Trust Mr. Weldon to give you his best effort. He had our house in Colorado Springs under contract in three days. That is a record for us. If you want the best, you can be confident that Brett Weldon is the one you want to sign up with.

I have just completed a one year lease with New Age for a condo in the Park Hill Village neighborhood. They were very responsive and helpful in all communications. Maintenance requests were always quickly taken care of. Definitely a great leasing experience.

I did an extensive search to find a property manager I got along with, who had excellent policies regarding how they managed the property, what a tenant/owner needed to do, the documentation, the cost, etc. Brett Weldon came out the same day I contacted their office, and provided a detailed analysis for similar properties for rent in my surrounding areas. He then explained how much he believed we should charge in rent based on our property. Everything was easy, it was paperless, and it was affordable. No gimicks, no lies, just straight honest work which I appreciated. I decided to go with him and New Age Real Estate on the spot after endless encounters with people I did not find suitable to be our property managers. New Age Real Estate has contractors to help with any property related emergencies and fixing things which need to be done. This is very stress relieving to us as owners. We know our property will be taken care of. I cannot explain in enough detail how pleased my husband and I are with New Age Real Estate, and the work of Brett Weldon. Extremely professional, knowledgeable about property, and efficient. You will not be disappointed in using New Age Real Estate as a property manager. Also, they help with buying and selling real estate. If my husband and I decide to sell or buy, we will also go with them because of the great work they have done already. I wouldn't look any where else if you need a property manager, or even to buy/sell a house.

We recently moved from the east coast and purchased a home with Brett. He was always available to answer questions and made sure we closed quickly. During the home inspection it was determined that we needed and new roof. Brett worked with the sellers and their insurance company to cover the cost, found us local roofing company who would make the repairs and made sure all bases were covered prior to finalizing the sale. I would work with Brett again and recommend him to friends and family without hesitation.

Brett is fantastic! I was very scared when I decided to move to across the country to live with my with daughter. When my daughter came to help me move, he spent quality time with both us and explained how everything was going to work. He assured me that my home would be taken care of and he would stay in touch. Brett has lived up to his promise and has exceeded my expectations. He takes great pride in ensuring his renters and/or property owners get the best properties and best renters. He is always availble when I have a question. I would reccomend him to anyone. He is the best.
