Give this place 0 star if I could. My neighbor upstairs flooded my bathroom and bedroom. Management refused to go after compensation. My bathroom still hasn't been fixed. Don't move into a place like this. Manager writes his own name on the fire extinguisher like he's certified technician. Not safe for family or anyone.

The easiest and fastest application process and move-in I have ever experienced. Terrific agent, Terrence, who responded in timely manner to all my questions.
My new place is fantastic and the property management company is top notch! Highly recommend them

Worst property manager company ever.You pay them and all they do is defend the tenants every time they brake stuff in the house, if you think they are there to protect you &your propery you are for big dissapontment!!!!DONT USE THEM HOT GARBAGE...

My ERA agent in Switzerland "talked the talk" without "walking the walk!" I had already an interested buyer, who had contacted me personally, when this particular agent came on board, talked up a good story, basically promising a much better outcome than the offer already made. In the end, and after much embarrassing fanfare, it turned out to be just fluff, or should I say, "bluff," and those very first people I had landed WITHOUT this particular agent, wound up getting the house for a price I could have easily negotiated myself! When I suggested he at least split his commission, or give a discount, he called me "rude" and "out of place!" I would NEVER recommend ERA, or this agent, to anyone!

We found New Age Real Estate online and called them to come meet with us and discuss selling. John met with us, photographed our condo and sold it within 10 days all during this pandemic. He is knowledgable, very friendly and super professional. We could't have asked for anything more and will definitely be using his services in the future. To anyone wanting an easy no hassle real estate experience John is your man!!!

UPDATE: Shortly after posting this review, management reached out to us to rectify our issue and address the unprofessional behavior of their employee. We appreciate the promptness and professionalism of their company in making the situation right. It sounds like they will do their best to ensure this situation does not occur with future tenants.

DO NOT RENT PROPERTIES MANAGED BY THIS PREDATORY COMPANY. We have been renting for 15 years and never experienced such predatory practices. We were model tenants and left the apartment cleaner than any other apartment we’ve ever lived in. We did everything on their MULTIPLE cleaning checklists including WASHING THE FREAKING LIGHTBULBS. They still found every possible way to nickel and dime us out out of half of our security deposit, including charging us $55/hour to clean things we already cleaned or to clean things that weren’t on their checklists, routine wear and tear (paint touch ups) and the gas for their maintenance guy. Also, we were told during our lease that we could not hire our own carpet cleaners and the cost of carpet cleaning would be deducted from our security deposit. After our lease ended, they sent a message indicating they assumed we’d had the carpets cleaned already. We were honest that they hadn’t been cleaned because they said they had to do it. Now I wish we had done it ourselves. Getting them cleaned ourselves would have saved us quite a bit as they charged us $212 for a 900 sf apartment.

Our main contact was not very professional throughout the duration of the lease. He emailed and texted us messages meant for other people on multiple occasions. Our last month in the apartment he never contacted us once on what the move-out procedure was or offered to do a final walk-through. Not knowing what else to do, we left the keys in the apartment on the last day and texted him that we’d moved out. He didn’t contact us until the day after our lease ended. Now I know why! It was so he could find hundreds of dollars worth of issues with the apartment to deduct from our security deposit after it was too late for us to do anything about it. It’s clear now they intended to hire their expensive professional cleaners on our dime regardless of how well we cleaned.

I’ve never not received my full security deposit back after 15 years of renting. Do not rent from New Age Realty unless they’re fine with them spending your security deposit on expensive professional cleaners. They do not treat good tenants with respect and I’m glad to be done with them.

Used them when they they were called ERA, would never use them
again.
Made several mistakes on their contract and charged me 5% commission for selling my house.

Surprise expenses too often, Extended vacancies with outdated apartment ads listing incorrect pricing.

I've been with ERA NewAge for almost two years now. I work with Annette, and she's great, very helpful, polite, patient and available. I'm out of state for job Like many other property owners, and I never have to worry about my house, she takes care of everything and I don't have to think about it, i really appreciate her efforts and their support...so far i've had a great experience and I'd definitely recommend ERA New Age to anyone who is looking at getting into a rental property.

Agents are professional, however, communication needs to improve when selling or leasing property, including a more transparent outline of the process and regular updates throughout.

Most importantly, we have been very impressed with the quality tenants ERA has found for us and their professional knowledge and response times to pertinent issues. I would love nothing more than for ERA to expand nationally, as we have other rental homes in CA and NV. Of the 3 professional property management companies we have for our properties, ERA is far and away the best! They make sure the tenant is happy but definitely work for us, the owner. I wish the same could be said for the other managers we employ.

New Age manages two properties for me. The units have stayed full for years with good tenants. Damages and repairs have been minimal. The managers have been very responsive with good paperwork.
