Wow where to start! Well firstly New Car Discount lived upto their name and managed to secure us a brand new Nissan Qashqai £6500 cheaper than the current Nissan price (£16500 instead of £23000!!!) Secondly they secured us a amazing finance deal with a better Apr % than I could find with any other lenders!!! Thirdly we got a real good part exchange price for our old car (£350 more than the big WeBuy...... Companies). Then lastly the process was sooooo easy and hassle free, I will literally never buy a car the old fashioned way again!!!
We paid a holding deposit for New Car Discount to secure the car with Nissan, then they sourced and approved our finance deal, then the new car was delivered to us on a day convenient for us and our old car (part ex) was collected the following day!!! Literally as easy as that!!! The team emailed me back strait away with any questions I had and was so helpful throughout the entire process. I was very skeptical at first as it was all done via phone and email and I'd never heard of them before but no need to be at all. So happy with the new car, the price paid and everything in between. Needed a new car quickly and spoke with John Robertson who told me he could get me my car in my chosen colour from Nissan in about 3 weeks. Got it delivered today in 3 weeks and 3 days. Everything went smoothly, John always replied promptly to emails or phone messages. The car looks good and drives well. Excellent customer service and value for money, highly recommended.

My second car from NCD. Same big savings (£7k on a Audi A4 this time) and the same seamless arrangements for delivery of my new car and pick up of the old one. What was different was the environment in which I made the purchase. Buying a new shirt online is pretty much an everyday occurrence but a car is a whole new experience and far bigger decision. I compared numerous cars and models on Youtube before choosing the Volvo XC40. I then visited a couple of local dealerships to look at options and test drive. The decision to go with New Car Discount was a risk but it saved me approximately £5k. The communication and e mail response time was excellent and very reassuring even during lockdown due to covid-19. They followed up with Volvo even when most people were on furlough. It is easy to provide a good review when everything goes right but in our case we did have problems. This is when you know if you are dealing with a good or bad company. Through no fault of New Car Discount the car delivered on Friday had a problem. John took it on board and over the weekend and Bank holiday found the right people, uncovered the issues and provided a quick solution which was quickly resolved

Great car great service great company highley recommended
We had the misfortune to have our seat cupra stolen from our drive we had GAP so got all the money back we approached three local dealers one said we could no longer purchase a Cupra the other two told us we couldn't have the colour we wanted and wouldn't give any discount. We were a bit disheartened by this but after contacting new car discout Nick made the enquires and said he would be able to order extactly what we want with a discount of £6000. So we went ahead the corana virus put the delivery back a little but we received the car this week and are extremely pleased with the car the price and service.

Bought a new Jaguar from them a month ago. Customer service was excellent and the price even better! Lock down has stopped me driving the car - oh well!

Experience could not be better

This was a company purchase. Our Accountant was nervous of the transaction paying for the car a day before receiving. Having read excellent previous reviews I was confident that the purchase of the new vehicle and the sale of the old car would go without a hitch - and so it proved. Great service throughout from John Robertson and a great price. Look forward to the next purchase.

Decent car at a decent price. Not only did I get one but my parents proceeded to buy one. Hassle free. Delivered to the house. Dealerships couldn’t touch the price.

Like other people I was skeptical i.e.if a price is too good to be true etc but in this case my worries where unfounded. All questions regardless how silly where answered quickly. The car arrived a few days later than we thought it would but Nick kept us up to date through the process. I would recommend and use again.

When I first saw the deal for a Nissan Qashqai on the hotUKdeals website I thought it had to be a scam. Who gives £8000 off a high spec new car like that?

However, the car was a nice spec so I spent a week or so investigating them across several sites, including this one. After that, I test drove the car in the local Nissan dealership and decided that in this case, the deal was good enough to be true.

After a quick discussion they were willing to PartEx my old car and that made the deal even better for me.

Car ordered, deposit paid and I get it in 10 days - which is frankly amazing.

Well today was the day and I am now the somewhat gobsmacked owner of a brand new Nissan with an amazing spec that I would never even have looked at without these guys. The drop off and pickup of my old car was seamless, all happening within a 45 minute span.
