The procurement of my Honda CRV went extremely smoothly. John Robertson who was my point of contact throughout the car purchase process was both very helpful and personable.

The discounts achieved can not be equalled by local franchised dealers and for that matter other car broker firms.

I would have no hesitation in recommending new car discount to others.

My partner was convinced this was a scam - on the basis of anything that looks to be too good to be true then it is a scam. I did some research and could not find any negative reviews other than those that looked to be probably handled badly by the complainant. I went ahead and ordered a Nissan Qashqai and after I had sent them the money the doubts stated to creep in. On the morning of the promised day for delivery I had a phone call from the man who said he was delivering my Nissan andd that he would be there within the hour. 20 minutes later another call from a man who said he was coming to collect my old car and that he would be here in just over a hour as he was catching a train from Waterloo. Then with 15 minutes of the firsrt time a call came asking exactly where my hose was in the road and as I explained it the car delivery vehicle pulled up in my drive!! Phew. The guy was brilliant and even took the time to run through some of the controls, set up features, etc. Then smack on time the man arrived to collect my car. Couple all this together with the brilliant service I had by phone and email with Nick at NCD then it has by far been the easiest car purchase I have ever made ( and at the age of 74 that is a few!!).The price they quote is the price you pay it includes delivery, collection of any part exchange vehicle and a years road tax - they even provide a full set of Nissan floor mats. I can not speak highly enough of this method and company and, God willing, will certainly buy any future cars through them. Thanks again NCD

I was initially reticent about buying a new car online but my experience with this company was faultless. The discount was impressive and the whole process was so easy and seamless that I recommend to anyone thinking of buying from these guys.

Today, our amazing Nissan Leaf tekna arrived. We first saw the car 9 days ago on New Car Discount. We were very wary, having never (we’re 70) bought a car from an online company before, John our contract was outstanding, answering every email and phone call promptly & efficiently. He was never pushy & always supportive, always doing exactly what he said he would do, when he said he would do it. The transaction was totally seamless & although we were apprehensive, our apprehension was totally unfounded. The car was sold at a very competitive price, when we asked a local dealer if they could match it, they said they could never give us that good a deal. They even said they hoped that they could get a similar deal from New Car Discount when they came to replace their own vehicle. We are now left wondering why anyone would go to a dealership when this kind of service is on offer. We’ve already recommended NCD to a family member who also bought a Nissan Leaf.

Like others that have given reviews prior to mine I too was very sceptical about using a broker to purchase a new car but given the excellent discounts that my local dealer simply could not match and the very good reviews I read I decided to give New Car Discount a go. My initial enquiry was answered almost immediately by John Robertson who from that point onwards was my one and only contact so I never had the worry of dealing with someone else who might not have known the details of my order. I was given a price up front including all the extras I had added and this price did not alter. There was no upselling or pressure to add more extras. An approximate delivery date was given shortly after I placed my order and this too would have been on target had I not gone away when the delivery was possible. Every email I sent was answered almost immediately and on the day of delivery I received a call from the delivery driver giving me an approximate time of delivery. I didn't know anyone at New Car Discount and hadn't met them either so I did have some concern over my order especially when it came to sending the money via bank transfer. Could it be an elaborate con all along I kept thinking? Well now I wonder why I worried at all. The whole experience has been fantastic from the start, the service has been remarkable and the discount amazing! Having visited a number of dealers while trying to pick a new car and having to endure the endless sales pitches it was actually a relief to then deal with New Car Discount who simply gave me a great deal without all the sales nonsense. If you are contemplating giving them a try but are worried or have reservations, relax and enjoy this experience because you will not be disappointed. If I can afford another new car in future years I will definitely go this route again and will be recommending New Car Discount to anyone I know who is thinking of buying a new car. I, like many others have purchased online and wonder if the site is genuine. Well I took delivery of my new car today and I am completely satisfied with the service given by NewCarDiscount, especially John. Communication by phone and e-mail was quick and reassuring. I was looking for a new car earlier this year, and whilst searching, I came across New Cars Discount. I was fairly certain what car I was looking for put in the details for top of the range Peugeot 3008 GT into the website.

The price it came was lower than any other main dealer or website I had tried.

I decided to inquire further and I received an email from Nick Ainley, very efficient.

I didn't want the car until the new 68 plates so I ordered the car after paying a small deposit all was good.

Mid July, I was contacted by Nick and informed that my car was
with the dealer and asked did I want it early. I said no and there was no problem.

I was again contacted in mid August to arrange the delivery after paying the balance in September. I received my new car the next day exactly to the spec I had ordered. I am absolutely delighted,
with my new car.

Such an easy and straightforward way to buy a car.
“New Car Discount” dealing was excellent in all aspects – Pricing (the lowest), UK factory build to spec delivery (5 weeks from order to receipt of vehicle), Balance bank transfer (instant), Delivery ( to the door in enclosed trailer, brand spanking new with 5 miles on the clock). Deservedly a five star rating.
Given up with main dealers quoting up to 6 months delivery or offering pre-registered oil and emission burners they couldn’t get rid of plus giving a lot of hassle on price haggling. Just try and get a 1.6 petrol VW T-Roc, you can wait for ever at present it seems.
None the less, extremely pleased with the new Qashqai so far.

I bought a new Transit Custom van back in March, which has since been converted to a campervan. This was the first time I've purchased a vehicle remotely, so I was slightly apprehensive. However I was reassured by so many positive comments on Trustpilot. Well no need to have worried at all - NCD were superb. Dealt with John Robertson, which was an absolute pleasure - highly professional and friendly. Emails I sent regarding the purchase were answered within minutes, and phone calls within seconds!
The van was delivered by David, excellent hand-over, plenty of time to fully inspect van, which was in immaculate condition.

First time I have not gone direct to garage and was a little worried at first about buying online.However the whole process went very smoothly and our new Quashqai has just been delivered. I had never bought a new car via a discount company on the internet so I started this journey very much a sceptic. Yes the offered saving looked great but I have spent my life believing that if something looks too good to be true then it can't be true . Well, in this case, that absolutely wasn't true. New Car Discount replied next day to my initial enquiry and very quickly to my subsequent emails by way of clarification of their offer. Obviously I undertook my own detailed research to get comfortable with NCD and particularly having to pay for the vehicle prior to delivery. Having decided to proceed, 7 days after placing the order my brand new Nissan Juke Tekna (Bose) was delivered by dealer trailer to my front door exactly as ordered and in delivery condition. Has to be the easiest new car purchase I've ever been involved in (and I'm 62 so I have bought a few !). This sceptic has become a believer at least as far as NCD (John Robertson) is concerned. Most definitely would recommend.

i would like to add i was never shown round the van the delivery driver doped the van off gave me the keys and left within minuets we noticed the scratch on the bumper and reported it after feather inspection we we we noted the dent in the door the following day we found the wing had been repainted i have the drop of note which has the wrong reg number on so i had not signed for this van has you have suggest
also you tried to say that the van could have been dented by somebody here until i said i would send you the cctv
you also did nothing to help us only push us to Renault

ordered a new Renault Trafic van ll29 dci 145 sport on 16 february 2018
on the 30 may they said they could supply the van i ordered
they then said they could supply a van in a different colour and a better spec so i ordered that van at extra cost
the van arrived on 28/06/18 on inspection of the van it had damage on the front bumper a dint in the passenger door and also it had been re sprayed on the drivers side wing and was leaking water
the new car discount were not interested in doing anything about the faults and sent me to Renault Warrington
it is now 12/09/18 and the van has still not been sorted out
i ordered a new van and was supplied a damaged van
