Tried to book online and after getting all the way to payment it declined 3 times and told me to call. Made the call and that price didn’t exist but a more expensive price did 🙄. Bit of a con to lure you in but the guy James I think was very pleasant and helpful.

I was worried this wasn't legit as it was so much cheaper than the airline and other websites. It was amazing! I had to change my return flight too and customer service excellent. Highly recommend.

I was a little worried at first since I had never used Netflights before but booking process was simple and effective. Prices were good compared to some other online sites and communication was consistent. I received several e-mails from Netflights afterwards reminding me to ensure I had any required documents, etc. Email confirming my reservation was received shortly after booking containing all required information such as reservation code needed to check in or purchase seats, etc. on the airline website. Overall, it was a smooth experience, no issues encountered for a good price. The flight I booked was from Glasgow, Scotland to Toronto, Canada via Reykjavik, Iceland on December 15, 2025. Booking was made with Netflights on December 8, 2025.

I found the process of finding flights easy enough, but I ran into problems on booking. The payment seemed to go out of my account but the website got stuck. Then on checking my account the payment had not gone out, despite the website looking like it had. On the second attempt it worked. There is also a flaw with the page where you enter your details as per your passport. My partner has 2 middle names but I was only allowed to enter one of them, despite being instructed to ensure the details matched the passport. I hope this does not cause issues when we travel!

Booking of flight very quick. But I had to phone Etihad airlines to aquire my trip reference for the app as the Netflights booking reference was not applicable.

Easy to book, good price.

I have flown with Eva many times and they are excellent. However, I am disappointed they now charge to book seats.
