They took our money for flights and then no confirmation or communication. They are completely scamming people

Made an enquiry (Nov 25) for a trip to New York & Boston for 2 weeks in Sept 26.
Still waiting to hear back from them Jan 26, almost 2 months later.

We booked our flights to Bangkok ready for our backpacking travels back in march and were a bit hesitant based on being able to get a “ too good to be true “ deal - none the less absolutely no problems whatsoever. We were able to get our flight details onto the airlines app and went from there.
If you are hesitant like we were, go for it!
I have used netflights before too and always had great service. Booked package holiday to doha, but upon arrival hotel had confirmation for only one room instead of two. It turned out to be that it was due to fault of hotel reservation department. But i was very impressed from quick response from netflights to my email, despite it being christmas holiday period. First time booked package holiday but have booked hotel only several times and always got great deals.
£50 to amend misspelt name spotted a n hour after booking . Took forever to amend… did not respond to emails… mistakes on record of checked in luggage. Need I say more… never again

I contacted Netflights regarding a long haul flight, while on the phone the agent, Fal checked for flights that would suit me. She informed to wait for a few minutes, came back with flights and the cost, I was impressed with the service and curtesy given to me.
Everything was explained clearly, very happy with my treatment and the service I received.
I have used Netflights for many years and they continue to provide a consistently excellent service.
Ease of booking, great communications and updates and competitive pricing make them my go-to travel company.
Fal went the extra mile to get us the trip we needed at an excellent price. Having been unable to find a deal during my initial call, she clearly kept working and then phoned back quite quickly with a really good deal. She was also very personable. Extremely satisfied
When Fal took over my booking, it was plain sailing.
She was extremely pleasant and helpful. She was efficient and speedy in her responses and advised us well. I would definitely use the services of Netflights again and tell friends and family. Fal is an excellent travel advisor.

I am extremely disappointed with Netflights and how this situation has been handled.
On 16 December 2025, I attempted to make a booking on the Netflights website. The website crashed mid-process and displayed a message telling me to call to complete the booking. I did not call, and I did not complete any booking with Netflights. Instead, I booked my flight with a completely different provider.
At no point did I receive:
An on-screen booking confirmation
A payment confirmation
An email confirmation
Despite this, Netflights somehow accepted a booking at 17:22 on 16 December and then took payment from my account on 17 December 2025, entirely without my knowledge or approval. The confirmation email was sent later and went straight to my junk folder, so I was unaware of it at the time.
As soon as I noticed the charge, I contacted Netflights to request a refund. This was refused, even though:
I never confirmed a booking
The website failed before any confirmation stage
Payment was taken after the failed session
I did not authorise the transaction
What’s particularly concerning is that this appears to be a known website issue — there are multiple Trustpilot reviews describing similar problems, and I also raised a website fault in my initial contact (specifically when attempting to pay via PayPal).
Under UK consumer law, unauthorised payments should be refunded, and a contract cannot exist without clear confirmation and consent. None of that happened here.
Instead of resolving the issue fairly, I’ve been forced to pursue a chargeback through my bank and gather evidence that I shouldn’t have needed in the first place.
This experience has been stressful, time-consuming, and completely avoidable. I would strongly advise anyone considering Netflights to be very cautious — if their website fails, you may still end up being charged for something you never agreed to.
A great and easy experience. I used messenger and spoke on the phone. Meg made it all very easy and I would definitely use them again!
