My Ardingly desk is a lovely piece of functional furniture and fits in beautifully in its space. It is very high quality as I expected from Neptune. It was delivered on time and quickly and expertly put together by Ant and Lea. They were friendly and helpful, explaining how it worked and took away all the packaging. Great piece of furniture and also great service from Neptune York.

Order process was smooth and professional.

Everything from order to delivery went smoothly, great communication. The console table is just gorgeous. The York store staff are knowledgeable and very efficient. The delivery team assembled the table and removed all packaging in no time. Thank you

The goods were delivered with only one of the three packages received
No explanation was given by carriers DPD for a number of days.
Eventually after four further days had elapsed the remaining two packages were delivered.
This was most inconvenient as I had to change my plans to receive the packages which should have all come at the same time.

Alfi and Josh delivered for us today. Very friendly and professional. Offered to build the furniture and remove the packaging. Great service!

Fantastic furniture that is built to last. Our latest delivery was two Eliza 4 seater sofas. Delivery was as promised and Alfi and Josh were very helpful, friendly and efficient. Neptune certainly seem to have exceptional staff for their delivery service as this is a common theme.

Kyle and Bailey did a great job delivering and putting the table together with care and efficiency. They left instructions on the care of the table.

We recently moved from a Victorian house leaving our beloved 10+ year old Neptune Chichester kitchen behind.
The cabinets had been various colours during that time and stood up to family life incredibly well without ever needing hinges, handles or drawers adjusting. We received many compliments from visitors over the years and the kitchen actually improved with age.
Our new 1930's house needed an extension and a new kitchen and of course we had a budget to stick to. We looked around at various suppliers including taking a trip from our home in Sheffield to Neptune at York.
We were very pleasantly surprised at how well the Neptune estimate compared with the 'usual' kitchen suppliers so there was no question who we would choose.
From start to finish the customer care has been outstanding.
Khloe in store was fantastic. Helpful, friendly and very patient with our repeated tweaking of the design.
The delivery guys, Josh and Alfie were great. Professional and friendly with a can do attitude.
We opted for the Sussex design this time and it's been beautifully fitted by the expert fitter Adam who worked tirelessly during the week he was here. It was touched up by the lovely painter Steve the week after.
The star of the show has been the project manager John Magnor .
He visited several times, meeting the builder at breeze block stage through to a final sign off visit. John is dedicated with a real love of the Neptune brand and products.
He has fantastic communication skills checking in with us regularly as the project progressed and responding instantly to any queries we had. Nothing was too much trouble and he's a genuinely helpful, lovely guy with an eye for fine detail.
As a final gesture from Neptune, a visit from Khloe from the York store who arrived with a lifetime guarantee and lovely thank you gift for us.
We're so glad we went with a Neptune kitchen again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them, for the amazing quality of the cabinets and also for their amazing customer care .

Having tried to purchase the 'Festive Sprig Napkins '& ' Carnaby Checked Napkin Rings ' online not available so tried the stores. Chester been one of them that had both items however they couldn't post them out to me or use a courier, so they lost a sale !!!! Luckily York was more obliging if only one of the items.My search wasn't in vain !!! So top marks to them & none to Chester !

Alfie & Josh were very polite and helpful. They removed and took away all the packaging and placed the piece of furniture where it needed to go. Big thank you 🙏 🤩

Prompt service, easy returns, helpful staff

We had a very helpful member of staff assisting and advising us. We needed to have our order delivered as soon as possible and she enabled that admirably.

We recently had our kitchen designed and installed by Neptune York, and the whole experience has been exceptional from start to finish. From the moment we contacted Neptune York, the team made us feel welcomed, understood, and genuinely excited about bringing our ideas to life.
Our designer, Laura Keith, took the time to understand how we use our space and translated that into a layout that is both beautiful and incredibly functional. Their attention to detail was second to none; every cabinet, colour, and material choice felt carefully considered and perfectly tailored to our home.
John Magnor was just as impressive. Incredibly responsive and professional with amazing attention to every detail.

The installation team were fantastic, tidy, and clearly skilled, they treated our home with care and kept us informed throughout the process. The craftsmanship is outstanding; you can really see the quality in every finish and fitting. Adam was our joiner and Steve the painter.
The final result has exceeded our expectations. Our new kitchen is not only stunning but a pleasure to cook, gather, and spend time in. We’ve already had so many compliments from friends and family!
