We were not contacted about the…
We were not contacted about the delivery as to a time on the day.I rang the Winchester office for an idea of a time and was told the driver was a few minutes away and due to staff shortages customers on the day had not been informed however when the order turned up in the past Neptune have always unpacked the goods and removed any packaging. The goods were just left. We have spent a lot of money with Neptune in the past but are extremely disappointed with the service we received on this occasion.

The worst service I’ve ever had
The worst service I’ve ever had. My kitchen was fitted a year ago, it’s falling apart noone from Neptune seems to care.

Lovely products but astronomical prices!
Really like this brand but prices have spiralled out of control! The supply issues are frustrating and they won’t sell small items (like vases or fake flowers) on display even when plentiful and given that the order times are months away. We love this style but £28 for a Christmas bauble is ridiculous!
Later today, however, really grateful to Caroline for her phone call and resolving the difficulty with the sale ;-)

Beautiful Browning Lantern
My purchases were a beautiful Browning Lantern & Blyton pillar candle. Both items are exactly as I expected & very good quality. The glass in the lantern is safety glass & this was reassuring. Other retailers may be cheaper but this safety aspect is probably not considered by people, I certainly didn't.
The product is beautiful to look at & practical too. I am a very pleased & satisfied customer.

Poor Customer Service
While the product is good, the long-delayed delivery and failure to communicate was very frustrating. In essence and for the second time, the Neptune experience has been undermined by very shocking ‘customer service’. To be charged up front and then be met by a wall of silence as each delivery deadline comes and passes is very disappointing.

As per usual first class in every way from ordering to and including delivery.
Nothing more than I would expect with Neptune.
That just about says it all, great product, excellent staff and kept totally up to date with delivery time including a 30 minute notification to time of arrival.

Shopping at Neptune is a fabulous experience!
Neptune at Winchester is such a wonderful place to be, I would like to live in it! The staff are charming, knowledgeable and helpful, but happy to let you browse around their ‘home’. Everything is beautiful - expensive, but so tasteful and beautiful! And you get what you pay for…
In June I fell in love with, and ordered, two Lloyd Loom style bar stools for my new build home - and was told that they couldn’t deliver until September! I was prepared to wait as I had set my heart on them and thought the colour would be perfect. You can’t always have instant delivery without mass-manufacture. In September I had notification to say that the stools were ready for delivery. The date and time were set, and the two delivery chaps were lovely - very polite and really careful. The stools were so well packed…no danger of chips or damage in transit.
I am completely thrilled with my purchase; it was well worth the wait! The stools are beautifully made, stylish, comfortable, and a perfect colour.
Sadly, I can’t afford the whole home furnishing service, but will definitely be returning to Neptune Winchester for a few special pieces for my new home.
An all-round fabulous experience!

They are very nice and helpful people…
They are very nice and helpful people in their Winchester show room, but we were disappointed that , a couple of days after placing our order, we got cold feet. They then refused to refund our payment even though they are meant to allow a cooling off payment. In the event we decided to stick with our order
Moreover instead of asking for a deposit up front followed by the balance on delivery , (as other traders do) they asked for the whole sum up front.
Neptune’s prices are very high, but the quality of their goods is very good .

Love the products
Love the products, even though the furniture is ridiculously overpriced, but the glasses and cutlery are great. However, the service in this shop was appalling and the staff didn’t even know what I was asking for - useless!
