Great shopping experience. Just wonderful

We had great advice in store about the colour and size of the product when making our choices and accurate information about delivery dates and fitting details. As always the products were of a beautiful quality and the Neptune fitter arrived on time, was immaculate in appearance and in carrying out the work - took care to cover and protect floors and was polite and friendly -in short a really good ambassador for your brand

All the staff were helpful, friendly and honest. Our buying experience was first class and everything arrived when we expected except one change which was dealt with in advance

My daughter surprised me with a Christmas wreath making session at Neptune this weekend, and I just wanted to say how blown away I was! Andrea and the staff there were so friendly and accommodating, we were offered a coffee and mince pie on arrival, and a delicious glass of mulled wine whilst we were wreath making!! Andrea was lovely, she guided us through the wreath session with lots of advice and patience, we never felt rushed. There were 8 of us and after a couple of hours we all had made amazing wreaths! Such a lovely experience and such a great start to Christmas festivities!! Thank you so much

I attended Andrea’s Wreath Making workshop yesterday and had such an amazing time! Andrea is super lovely and was so helpful, offering amazing tips on how to create the perfect, long lasting Christmas wreath. The whole experience was 10/10 from start to finish. Amazing value for money. Every detail was thought out to a T, from the tea, mince pies and mulled wine, to the gorgeous foliage for our wreaths - the list goes on! Will absolutely be booking onto future workshops!

I’ve attended two workshops at Neptune Winchester - flower arranging & more recently wreath making - and I cannot give a more glowing review! Andrea, the store manger, is so knowledgeable and helpful and I’ve learnt so much attending both workshops with the bonus of leaving the wreath workshop with a stunning wreath! Thank you so much 😊

Very happy with the product overall. Service was good. However, slightly disappointed that wall lights arrived with no fixing screws!

We have had the most superb experience with Neptune.
From the care and patience from the lovely and knowledgeable Lizzie at the Winchester Neptune to the fantastic service from the Customer Care Team who organised a super quick delivery after we had made an error with our original delivery date.
We have found that this helpful and caring attitude is a constant in dealing with Neptune.
The sofas are also amazing. So comfortable and the fabric looks beautiful. Definitely worth the wait .
