What a fantastic service from Lucy at Neptune Reading!
Nothing is too much bother and she offered invaluable help to put together a scheme and the best layout of furniture for my new build home off plan. Over the course of the service we went through everything in the tiniest detail, Lucy came out to the house on several occasions to give even more in depth help and is genuinely the kindest and most lovely person to work with.
From furniture to accessories, colour schemes and general interiors related questions she is absolutely brilliant.
Further to that everything that has been delivered, bar 1 mishap with some bed bases missing parts which were quickly dealt with , has been up to their usual hig standards and beautiful quality.

We bought a large mirror in the sale.
It was delivered quickly and really well protected to avoid any damage.
It was an excellent value and looked exactly as I hoped in our hallway.

From my first visit to the delivery of the last item of furniture and accessories this has been a pleasurable experience with the Neptune team. Lucy Ritchie is a very talented designer and full of ideas plus really helpful went the extra mile….. they have however been let down by their curtain sub contractor who 8 months after they badly installed curtains and blinds are still to come and remedy the situation…..change your curtain supplier..

Lucy’s vast knowledge of the product range was exceptional particularly when it came to designing and presenting her thoughts and ideas. The team at Neptune Reading always make visiting a real pleasure. They're helpful and friendly but never overbearing. The store looks wonderful and the products I've bought are all of excellent quality.

I absolutely love the Neptune store in Reading.
Will, the store Manager runs an enthusiastic team. They come across as smiley, happy people, who truly care for their customers. It's my place to go for retail therapy and boy does it deliver !
The store itself is beautifully designed and the fantastic products on offer are truly excellent. So if you are looking for classic English high end, kitchens, outdoor and indoor furniture plus all the wonderful accessories that make a house a beautiful home, then the Reading Neptune store has to be your first choice.

Very long delays.
Ordered in September 2021 - was pushed to March 22 and finally delivers middle of May.

Product is great but waiting times are off the scale.

Neptune products suppose to be luxurious. I ordered one of the Neptune products. Waited for 4 months and the product came with a obvious defect. I am now waiting for a replacement -another month to wait.
I must say Neptune staff are friendly but before I receive a satisfactory product I can only give two stars for the long waiting and the defect product.

The quality is amazing. The fragrance in the products is wonderful. Every trip to a store is an inspiration.

Waiting again for someone to contact me regarding redoing previous issues. It’s been going on for over 12 months. Kitchen is ok-ish but bearing in mind the after-sales service and the attitude of the HO and third-party installers it’s not worth it. Spend 25% of the Neptune cost and you’ll have a much happier and less stressful experience.

Every product is quality and designed well, but expensive.

An excellent service from the sales team to the delivery team, helpful and polite. I’m very happy with my beautiful furniture too!

We ordered a headboard from Neptune. When it arrived, there was wrinkle on the fabric.
