Neptune’s products are excellent. Well designed, but never over the top, and they are manufactured solidly and sustainably. The staff are very good at giving advice. They are also patient and never push for a sale.

A lovely shopping experience with Neptune Reading this weekend. The friendly, terribly helpful and professional service from Natalie was very much appreciated and I love my attractive and well made purchases. Thank you Natalie
& I look forward to my next visit when I come to see Mum!

We recently visited Neptune Reading to view dining room tables. The member of staff who provided help and assistance called Natalie could not have been more helpful. She was very patient she showed my wife and I the many options available and explained what type would best fit our needs. She really was a great ambassador for Neptune and we would certainly recommend any one needing a dining room table to visit Neptune store Reading.

This is the second time I visited the Reading shop within a week and both times there was no interest what so ever from staff.
Both times I entered the shop and said loud and clear hello there was no reaction from staff. They just continued chatting behind the till.
I spend 45 minutes with my husband in there as we are planning a major renovation project. We have not once been approached by staff. When we looked intensively at one of their kitchen two staff members were present, continued chatting along and avoided eye contact.
Neptune has beautiful furniture which we really like. However they do come with a price and some basic customer service is expected at this price range. You get better service at Ikea. Not sure I will return.

The furniture is really great - our two linen chairs are super comfortable and practical with removable covers. And staff are always pleasant and helpful. What needs improvement is the communication between the shops, whoever organises delivery and customers. We had date and time changes texted at the last minute with no discussion which caused some real headaches.

Fantastic service from the staff at Hare Hatch - Laura and Petra are great and Jackie just saved my Christmas table!

First class staff wanting to deliver the kitchen design we wanted. Overall the team combined from design to fit out and resolve snags really well and we are delighted with the outcome. Great design, materials and impressive programme management when things didn’t quite go to plan - due to the house. Thanks to all especially David, Richard and partners Knights Interiors.

I ordered moss and cactus paint samples - turned out Cactus was too dark, and Moss appeared more grey than Green. So went to the Reading branch, and just decided to buy 5 litres of Sage without trying it on. Got home, the first brush strokes I wanted to cry, I hated it! My husband painted a larger portion of the wall and the following morning, I began to like it more, as time passed, I was glad I bought it because it didn't make the room dark, but I am happy we made the blind decision. Really pleased, now I have to worry about decor, that would enhance the colour.

First class support and service from order to delivery, I can highly recommend Neptune

The staff and service at Neptune is faultless every time I visit. Will at my local Reading branch has always gone that extra mile to help me with making decisions on purchases and all the staff are so welcoming and friendly. It really is my favourite shop.

Good experience from showroom sales at Reading to flexible delivery date and good physical delivery .

We purchased two chairs and a bed frame. The staff at Reading were extremely helpful and the lady we dealt with was great in giving us suggestions and options. The whole transaction went smoothly and our furniture arrived five days later. The delivery guys were polite and again very helpful. Neptune is a beautiful shop and their service makes it an enjoyable experience. Thank you again Neptune.
