On my recent visit to Neptune I received excellent service from a lady called Marise’. I found Marise very friendly and helpful , nothing was too much trouble and she made many trips to the stockroom to check availability or offer me other choices. It was a breath of fresh air to receive such a warm welcome and I left feeling very happy . Neptune as a place to visit is a joyful experience as it’s a place of inspiration for anyone looking to create a beautiful home.

Helpful friendly staff in the showroom on ordering. Knowledgeable and informative.

Great customer service and excellent products really delighted with my ceiling lights.

I can never fault the delivery or service from Neptune. Just had my utility delivered and Mihai & Ninel were fantastic. Nothing was to much for them, even when my lane wasn’t easy to get up they never grumbled once, they were so professional which is hard to come by nowadays. I can’t thank them enough!
Also Neptune never let me down.

the team at the Knutsford store were brilliant, knowledgable but without being too salesy. We ended up purchasing the harrington sofa and two easy chairs plus the stanway granite table and harrington dining chairs. Beautifully made items. Staff followed up after delivery - excellent customer service

Wonderful, helpful staff- I bought flowers and 3 vases. A lady called Marie’s arranged the flowers in the vases , I could not describe how good they look , she definitely has a talent.
Another lady helped put them in the car carefully making sure we didn’t ruin them on the way back home . This is a wonderful store and I would like to buy everything in there. I fully recommend a visit.
The only improvement I could suggest is a little tea shop with simple sandwiches and cake just to keep you going ‘till you get home . Jane

Recently visited Neptune store in Knutsford. Beautifully laid out shop. Spoke to Marise who was so helpful and patient. We wanted to update our lounge and she listened to our ideas but also suggested things we hadn’t thought of. It is so nice to be able to see things first so try to order from or buy at the store so that we can continue to have this experience rather than to buy everything online without seeing first.

We visited Neptune at Knutsford (Otterley) branch. The staff there for a number of reasons were friendly and helpful (especially Marise). Although we had issues with our order, Marise continued to phone us and follow up.

I have worked with Marise in the Knutsford store to update our sitting room. It has been such a positive experience from start to finish. I used the in-house design service, taking in photos and dimensions of my room and fabric swatches. I spent several relaxing hours, over a couple of visits, exploring options with Marise who has real flair and helped us to blend what I have already with some beautiful new pieces. I am so delighted.

From start to finish our shopping experience was delightful. The Knutsford store displays the quality products in such a way to sway people to purchase.
With the attentive help from Marise, choosing the comfortable furniture was a breeze.
Mihai And Ninel delivered the goods promptly and efficiently. They couldn’t have been more helpful.

Thank you so much to Lynsey who helped me to decide to purchase the large square Overton wall art. Lynsey also gave me invaluable design advice that I would never had even considered, she was so helpful and friendly. The wall art was delivered this morning, I absolutely love it and can’t wait to get it on the wall! Excellent customer service by staff in store and also the delivery drivers.

Very helpful staff on both occasions we’ve visited Knutsford store. Product ordered for us and received within two days.

Josh and Alfi were great. Pleasant, efficient, took their shoes off immediately, fussed the dog. Couldn’t rate them highly enough.
