We are absolutely thrilled with our new kitchen which was designed by Gill Morrison from the Neptune Farnham team. The end result is just perfect with the highest attention to every detail of the cabinetry, paintwork and overall design. The whole process from first meeting to final result was brilliantly and sensitively managed by Gill and the whole team in Farnham. It followed a devastating house fire at our home which resulted in a complete rebuild of the property. Visits during the building work period were difficult but Gill and her team navigated it with professionalism and total understanding and flexibility. The end result is totally amazing and we just love it. We can’t recommend highly enough.

Always a great experience in the Farnham branch. Everyone is so helpful and friendly, they go out of their way help you find what your looking for and give advice. They deliver outstanding customer service.

We needed new in-cabinet LED lights for our 7 year old Neptune kitchen. Danica is a designer at Farnham Neptune and was a delight to liaise with. She was super efficient - liaised with the manufacturers and sourced replacement bulbs for us the same day. We received our order two days after my initial enquiry. The team are always super polite and efficient. After care following our Neptune kitchen - which was purchased 7 years - ago has been amazing!

Love the Farnham Neptune store, it is definitely my favourite! Staff are always really friendly and helpful and the shop is always beautifully presented with an excellent range of products. Makes for a calm and inspiring shopping environment

Knew what I wanted before I visited. Saw this stool in Guildford store before Christmas and took my husband to see it in January.
Lovely staff, seeing we were local arranged for the stool to come to store rather than us I get a delivery charge. Really appreciated that, thank you.

Neptune kitchens are of superb quality and design. The designer at Farnham ( Danica) was very friendly and helpful and really cared about my project. The attention to detail for a quality finish is impressive. I love my new kitchen and it truly enhances my home. Emma B

Not been, once, twice but three times to Becky's fabulous cooking demonstrations at Neptune Farnham. Becky is such fun, and her cooking flair is exemplary. Re-created her dishes time and time again. The Neptune Farnham store is always very welcoming, staff very friendly. We get served tea, coffee and fizz during the demos - it makes such a great morning.

We have recently had a Neptune kitchen installed, it was a dream that we thought would never be a reality however, Gill at the Farnham store was fantastic in helping us visualise and make our dream become that reality. This was through clever design and advice on how best to use the space with the budget we had. We have had our kitchen for a few weeks now and the quality and craftsmanship is brilliant, we couldn’t be more pleased, the best decision we made. From the moment we had the first conversation with Gill in store through to our final post fit visit it has felt like a premium purchase experience. The team that worked on the installation are also worth a mention as they were a pleasure to have around whilst meticulous, tidy and clearly took great pride in their work. Couldn’t recommend enough.

A big thank you to Neptune Farnham for being so helpful . I had a slight problem with my curtain , I phoned the store and I was helped immediately . It was just a broken hook ( my fault ) but great customer service deserves to be recognised . Immediately the team were helpful considerate and sorted my situation out . So thank you so much especially to Caroline who got my hooks sent out to me . My experience exceeded my expectations and I am most grateful so Thank you ,

All round good experience every time. Not my specific location but have visited there several times and found it to be very enjoyable; so well kept. Great atmosphere with the Ladies (Staff) always making us so welcome. Thank you. Could spend a fortune in there. Budgeting just now but.....

Always great customer service from the Farnham branch. Order arrived on time but unfortunately am returning it as the finish on the lights is much darker than those on display. More black than bronze. Great pity.

Over the years we have attended cooking demonstrations at Neptune, Farnham. The one on Wednesday 11th December did not disappoint.
Aside of the demonstrations, which are always fabulous, the store is always a treat to visit. Immaculately set out, warm and inviting. The staff are always helpful and approachable.

Beautifully curated collection. Quality used to be slightly better. The prices have become a little more inflated than products worth but probably due to import duties. Customer service department is good over the phone but some store staff not very welcoming until you spend thousands then they warm up, which is not genuine service and dampens the whole shopping experience.

We had a wonderful time at the wreath making workshop at Neptune, Farnham. The florists were so lovely and helpful and so were all the Neptune staff. It was so much fun and we would go back again and again. The shop is absolutely beautiful too.

I attended the lovely Christmas Wreath Making Workshop today. Beautiful selection of foliage and inspiration, as well as plenty of help on hand to ensure everyone brought something home that they were pleased with. Loved the mulled wine and mince pies, and of course a bit of Christmas shopping!

I had such a fantastic afternoon visiting Neptune Farnham. I needed some inspiration for my living room and Rosie was able to offer some guidance and design ideas. The service was excellent and extremely helpful. Thank you

I recently visited Neptune Farnham to explore side table options, I was greeted at the door by a lovely welcoming assistant who asked if I needed any help. I ended up purchasing from the Edinburgh range after seeing it displayed beautifully in their showroom.
The store smelt wonderful and looked so Christmassy!
I always have such a wonderful experience every time I visit and want to say a special thanks to Rosie & Katrina for always being incredibly welcoming and helpful!
