Over the years, we’ve been trying to come up with the best way to say, “Hello, we’re Neptune, and this is who we are.” It’s easy to learn that we’re an interiors brand – our stores, and our website will tell you that in no time. But while our designs are a huge part of who we are, ‘the why’ and ‘the how’ almost matter more than ‘the what’. It’s easy to tell you what we do, it’s harder to explain why. That’s where our philosophy – a different perspective – comes in. Three words that sum up our entire reason for being.

We do that with honesty, rigour and kindness, using the best materials, the most trustworthy of techniques, surrounded by people who genuinely care about creating things that are timeless. And we always lead with heart.
We’re a British-born and raised interiors and lifestyle brand who design and make furniture, lighting and accessories for your whole home.

Beautiful furniture and home accessories.
I’m lucky enough to be relatively near the Farnham store which is such a joy to visit, with a warm welcome every time I walk through the door, to decor and accessory changes in the fabulous room settings which are always gorgeous and inspiring. This showroom is my favourite for home furnishings as it has actual rooms furnished with Neptune’s beautiful products. Topped only by the staff who are always super helpful and “visible “. Love it !

Friendly and knowledgeable staff
Friendly and knowledgeable staff who were particularly helpful in dealing with my voucher issue. They were also happy to make me a cup of tea and answer any questions. I have been in several Neptune stores but frequently return to this one!

Living room transformation
We are so glad that we had the benefit of Neptune's Home Design Service when redoing our living room. Our designer, Gill visited in person and understood what we were hoping to achieve whilst grappling with the challenges of a rectangular room which had two windows, two doors, two radiators and a fireplace to navigate. We love the Honed Slate and Driftwood paint on the walls and the colours suggested by Gill for furniture all work beautifully together. Our final purchase was the Calan rug, which picks out all the colours of the room beautifully and we love the overall look. Thank you again, Gill!

This was my first Neptune order and my experience of the delivery was excellent. The staff were polite and professional and they assembled the Chawton unit, which looks lovely. I’m very pleased with my purchase.

We have just taken delivery our new Walton Four poster bed which we bought from the Farnham showroom. The bed is beautiful, the staff in the showroom were extremely helpful and Clint and Marcin who delivered and assembled the bed were very professional and courteous and couldn’t have been more helpful. We recently ordered furniture from the Farnham store.
Katrina was most helpful and tolerant of a change in colour on the chairs.
Then again when we asked for a delivery to our home in Portugal.
We now await delivery, hopefully, in July.

I love your philosophy and have many beautiful pieces of furniture. I hate to say it is the sales staff who put fear into me not doing the right thing just not customer friendly. I can’t ask for help because I get the feeling I should be signing up for a design service. Such a shame and is putting me off coming into the store.

We ordered an off white Tolsey rug. We already have two of these. This one was for our bedroom & looks very nice. It is such good quality & the older rugs we have still look like new.

Amazing service from start to finish
The whole process of getting our chairs and footstool was great, from the design support in the shop, to the well planned, efficient and friendly delivery guys André and Liam, and the products themselves are beautiful and such high quality.
