Nikki in the Cambridge store has been brilliant assisting us to choose numerous pieces. Nikki is friendly, professional and knowledgeable. We are appreciative of all the time she has spent with us. We are grateful for all her great advice and guidance.

Staff always very helpful and friendly, especially the lady that served us (unsure of her name).

Ordering and delivery service first class. Poor communication around likely delivery and certainty of delivery was not given until very last minute. One item was causing the delay but it did create unnecessary stress. Also two smaller items were added by us and we were told all would arrive together but this didn’t happen. Delivery team and front of house staff were excellent which helped to make up for the middle part!

Very well organised and pleasant, personal service. Delivery guys unwrapped everything and took away all the packaging, including some which wasn’t from their delivery!

Excellent quality furniture, can not fault that. The delivery wasn’t quite as smooth as I’d hoped. Communication from the actual delivery people was poor, I never received an email or call to confirm time. I was promised a ‘white glove’ service, assembly of bench , removal of rubbish etc . This didn’t happen. Dropped off box and left.

Today we did the final sign off on our new kitchen from Neptune. What I've learned through the process is that you can't pay for perfection - because humans aren't perfect! But I don't regret a penny I spent on my Neptune kitchen (and we spent quite a few) because from design through to completion we have been met with care, competence, kindness, solution focussed people and with a stroke of brilliance here and there (especially in our designer). There was plenty of humanity along the way (things didn't run smooth as they rarely do in the middle of a remodel), but things not being smooth doesn't need to be stressful if you're working with people who care about getting it done right. We are absolutely delighted with our kitchen, with our bright orange tangarine everhot stove, with our old kitchen table and with space for a dancefloor if the table is moved (our design criteria was that the kitchen is always the place for dancing in the best parties). Our teenagers are using it much more, helping themselves to food and even cooking for themselves more. Our endless thanks to Clare, for her inspirational design and clear explanations of what was possible and what wasn't possible and suggesting great alternatives, and to James for endless patience and kindness, and to the multiple kitchen fitters who made it all come to life. We love it. Thanks!

We are delighted with our beautiful Neptune kitchen. The whole process from design to installation and beyond went smoothly, and all of the team were friendly, professional and great to work with. Beth and Claire took time with the design. They always listened, made helpful suggestions and communicated well with us over amendments to ensure that the overall result was perfect. We love the style, colours and practicality of the kitchen as well as the quality of the products. Jen managed the ordering process well, including efficiently organising a replacement when the wrong oven was delivered. James did an excellent job as project manager, getting the technical details exactly right and even overseeing the installation while we were on holiday. Ben (fitter) and Matt (painter) worked skilfully and carefully and everything was completed with no mess. Thank you all for working on our project. Shop layout is always beautiful and staff are equally lovely. Always on hand to answer questions, hospitable but not pushy.

We are delighted with our beautiful Neptune kitchen recently installed. Beth and James made the whole process stress free and were always available to answer all our queries. Thank you to Jennifer too for her help with the project. The kitchen fitters were skilful and obliging. We couldn’t have chosen better and would certainly recommend Neptune.

We are so pleased that we chose Neptune to supply and fit our kitchen in our new self build home. The process was by far the least stressful part of the housebuild! The customer service at Neptune really is first class. Claire from the Cambridge store was so friendly and accommodating of what we required, and assisted us with any changes that we made throughout the design process. The technical side went very smoothly too, thanks to James’ liaison with our developer which made the process feel seamless.

Jennifer at the Cambridge store sourced the Siemens appliances and was always very helpful ensuring the installation process went smoothly with 3rd party suppliers. We’re really pleased we used Neptune to supply the Quartz worktop as despite being more expensive than supplying it ourselves it took a lot of stress away.

We love the product itself and so pleased with the choices we made in the end. It’s a beautiful classic kitchen that will stand the test of time. Thank you Neptune!
