A huge thank you to the lovely Jo, Sarah and Sian who were so helpful, and so patient with us whilst we shopped for our new dining table and chairs. They weren’t pushy at all, they helped us to mix and match lots of combinations until we were really happy with our choice, and they were so great with our little ones whilst we tried to focus on the furniture shopping!
I’d also like to mention our delivery team Andre and Liam who arrived on time, unloaded and assembled the furniture swiftly, and took all the boxes away leaving me with a tidy house. They were great.
You were all really amazing, thank you!

Very friendly and helpful staff
Very friendly and helpful staff. Even though they didn't have any physical gift cards they gave me a bag and ribbon to make a lovely gift of the printed one.

The staff were extremely welcoming
The staff were extremely welcoming , but gave you plenty of time to wander and look with no pressure . The offer of coffee or tea was lovely and the member of staff very friendly and pleasant without making you feel like it was a constant sales pitch . Generally created such a lovely homely environment we spent a long time wandering around and ended up with some lovely purchases !

From ordering to delivery everything…
From ordering to delivery everything was 5*. The staff in the shop were helpful and efficient, the delivery men (Anore’ and Liam) were really good. They put the item where I wanted it and took away all the packaging. Couldn’t have asked for more!

Excellent service and quality of product
The service and quality of products is excellent. The delivery of two single bed bases by two personnel was friendly and professional. They assembled the bases and removed and took away the packaging. A very satisfied customer.

No Gift Cards in stock
Wanted a Neptune Gift Card for our daughter - Cambridge Neptune were out of stock !! Had to resort to email version which is not the same .

Poor service.
Beautiful store, but terrible service. My husband and I visited the Cambridge store to buy a sofa on a very quiet day - and were quite clearly there for that reason - but not a single one of the four staff members spoke to us, they seemed more interested in chatting amongst themselves and looking at their phones. Fell in love with one of the sofas, but was put off of asking any questions on fabric, guarantees etc. I would expect more from any store, but think it particularly doesn’t fit with the atmosphere Neptune is trying to create. Maybe invest in a mystery shopper!

Alfi and Ant delivered our console table from Neptune and were excellent. They were quick, efficient, and very considerate throughout the delivery. Everything was handled with care, and the whole process was smooth and stress-free. Great service—thank you!

Jason and Chris delivery men
Jason and Chris were very professional when they delivered my Ardingley desk and assemble it with ease and placed it in the position I asked them to.
Two very nice guys and I would have no hesitation in asking for them to deliver anything else in the future.

Outstanding Interior Design Service
From the first moment we met Pauline we felt we were in good hands. Our awkward shaped lounge never seemed to present a challenge to Pauline's creativity. The design Pauline presented to us took into consideration our ideas, added together with her creative flare. After seeing Pauline's design we had no hesitation in placing an order. From that point on Pauline kept us fully informed of progress. On the day of the installation Pauline was there and helped bring the whole room to life. We are so pleased with the whole process and the final outcome. Nothing was too much trouble for Pauline and her care, attention and professionalism shone throughout. Thank you so much Pauline, we wouldn't have such an amazing lounge without you!
