But while our designs are a huge part of who we are, ‘the why’ and ‘the how’ almost matter more than ‘the what’. It’s easy to tell you what we do, it’s harder to explain why. That’s where our philosophy – a different perspective – comes in. Three words that sum up our entire reason for being.

Beth did a brilliant job on the design and assisting us with advice on appliances, worktops etc. Ben installed our kitchen to such a great standard and Mitch's painting 'touch up' was like nothing I've ever seen. Thank you to James for overseeing the smooth running of the project and liasing with our contractor to keep everything on track!

Neptune is evidence that the UK still has what it takes to outperform the rest of the world in design, quality and service. Jo is always helpful and polite and the store in Cambridge is definitely worth a visit for inspiration. I absolutely love the fact they automatically register your purchase with a lifetime warranty and send it to you by email.

A huge thank you to the lovely Jo, Sarah and Sian who were so helpful, and so patient with us whilst we shopped for our new dining table and chairs. They weren’t pushy at all, they helped us to mix and match lots of combinations until we were really happy with our choice, and they were so great with our little ones whilst we tried to focus on the furniture shopping!
I’d also like to mention our delivery team Andre and Liam who arrived on time, unloaded and assembled the furniture swiftly, and took all the boxes away leaving me with a tidy house. They were great.

The staff were extremely welcoming , but gave you plenty of time to wander and look with no pressure . The offer of coffee or tea was lovely and the member of staff very friendly and pleasant without making you feel like it was a constant sales pitch . Generally created such a lovely homely environment we spent a long time wandering around and ended up with some lovely purchases !

From ordering to delivery everything was 5*. The staff in the shop were helpful and efficient, the delivery men (Anore’ and Liam) were really good. They put the item where I wanted it and took away all the packaging. Couldn’t have asked for more!
