But while our designs are a huge part of who we are, ‘the why’ and ‘the how’ almost matter more than ‘the what’. It’s easy to tell you what we do, it’s harder to explain why. Excellent service and quality of product
The service and quality of products is excellent. The delivery of two single bed bases by two personnel was friendly and professional. They assembled the bases and removed and took away the packaging. A very satisfied customer.

Great service in store with opportunity to see, touch and experience products before purchase. Delivery of products clunky, delivery drivers wore black gloves with a cream sofa making small marks

No Gift Cards in stock
Wanted a Neptune Gift Card for our daughter - Cambridge Neptune were out of stock !! Had to resort to email version which is not the same .

Great delivery service!
Alfi and Ant delivered our console table from Neptune and were excellent. They were quick, efficient, and very considerate throughout the delivery. Everything was handled with care, and the whole process was smooth and stress-free. Great service—thank you!

Jason and Chris were very professional when they delivered my Ardingley desk and assemble it with ease and placed it in the position I asked them to.
Two very nice guys and I would have no hesitation in asking for them to deliver anything else in the future.

Outstanding Interior Design Service
From the first moment we met Pauline we felt we were in good hands. Our awkward shaped lounge never seemed to present a challenge to Pauline's creativity. The design Pauline presented to us took into consideration our ideas, added together with her creative flare. After seeing Pauline's design we had no hesitation in placing an order. From that point on Pauline kept us fully informed of progress. On the day of the installation Pauline was there and helped bring the whole room to life. We are so pleased with the whole process and the final outcome. Nothing was too much trouble for Pauline and her care, attention and professionalism shone throughout. Thank you so much Pauline, we wouldn't have such an amazing lounge without you!

Andre and Chris delivered two chairs today. They were very helpful choosing the best way to bring them into the house. All done quickly and easily.

Really happy with my Edinburgh console table and basket. They look better than expected and the furniture is so well made. Furniture delivery was efficient and friendly too. All round excellent service.
