A special store with amazing products….
Have purchased quite a few things from Neptune Bournemouth and always delighted both with the products and the staff team. My latest purchase was a Shaftesbury glass lamp - it came well packaged, arrived promptly and looks stunning! The showroom always looks amazing and sets the products off so well. A special thank you to Steve, Jane, Sophie and Nigel a special staff team who always go out of their way to help!

The experience of ordering a picture…
The experience of ordering a picture was good. Good communication, delivery and packing as well as the quality of the actually item. If they want to improve they could offer hooks within the cost. I would order again.

There were several delays on the…
There were several delays on the delivery of our chairs. We had to chase Neptune for updates. We would agree a delivery date and when it arrived the delivery person would not arrive. However, the chairs were worth the perseverance. We are delighted with them. Thank you Neptune. We know these Covid times are difficult times.

I've only recently discovered Neptune since moving to Hampshire. I absolutely love all their products. The customer service I received from Neptune Bournemouth has been amazing. Great advice, eager to help and superb quality. I will definitely be ordering more and can't wait to visit the shop.

Superb experience
From start to finish it has been a pleasure dealing with the team at Neptune Bournemouth. Sophie and Nigel have gone above and beyond expectations to make sure that everything went smoothly. I shopped around and looked at many other alternatives, but the quality of the Neptune furniture is superb, well above the other brands that aspire to deliver the same style. Very pleased with everything.
