Neck on the Line jewellery Recensioni 

I love costume jewellery but this is the poorest quality I have ever come across. I had expected HeyHarper level quality but this has no weight to it, looks cheap and the personalised bracelet I bought fell apart within 2 days of wearing. No returns apparently(?!) and no response from customer services. I genuinely feel scammed!

Must admit I was sceptical after reading some of the reviews on here, worried about how long it would take and if it would be legitimate or not (the shear amount of fast fashion and jewellery brands on social media does make you start to question) BUT…

I can hand on heart say I had no issues and frankly I may have been slightly annoying in their insta DM’s. I bought the chunky personalised bubble bracelet, I ordered on a Wednesday and checked in with them on insta on Friday roughly how long it would take for delivery and they assured me it would be arriving within the 4-10 days. I knew we were going into a weekend and that my product was personalised and that typically with other brands that add an extra 3-7 days (from experience) so was anticipating to be waiting a little while longer.

The delivery partners website wasn’t updating (though they do note that on their website that it doesn’t show up to date details so no fault of NOTL) but probably my only slight con, I did check in again on Instagram with them and they let me know it should be with me soon (checked on the Monday after I’d ordered) come Tuesday the parcel arrived on my door step.

So to summarise for a PERSONALISED bracelet, it took all of 4 working days (6 non-working) to receive my bracelet and let’s just say I LOVE IT, it came so nicely packed in a dust jacket pouch too!

I wanted to wait a while before I wrote a review (ordered a month ago now) to see how it holds up with their claims of “tarnish proof” and I must admit I’m impressed! It still looks as good as new and that’s even with perfume and hand washing and general day to day errands. The charms have not budged and don’t get caught or snagged on your clothes which is nice! The bracelet only has one connection so just make sure you select the correct size if you’re looking to purchase the same bracelet as I’d imagine as it’s fairly heavy if you went bigger it could easily fall off but mine was perfect!

I have two necklaces from neckontheline and they have stood the test of time had one necklace at least over 4 years old(maybe older) and still looks good as new. No tarnish or sign of wear on either! I always receive so many compliments and more than happy to send them in the direction of NOTL. No Gatekeeping here!

Absolutely gorgeous jewelry. And when I had a question the owner was so helpful and communication was brilliant. The packaging is stunning and delivery was super fast, even for a custom piece. I've already recommended to friends.

I recently bought a charm necklace which was my first purchase from Neck On The Line. It was even nicer when it arrived than it looked online and also really good quality. Delivery was super fast and it came in a cute little pouch. I would definitely recommend NOTL to anyone looking for new jewellery brands!

This is a fraudulent site. I have chased for two items I bought in June. I spent £80 and the items never arrived. Please don't be scammed.

Love this brand! The gold doesn’t tarnish and leave your skin green. The quality is awesome and the designs are innovative and unique. I have order multiple times and each experience has been great!

My son ordered a necklace for my birthday he ordered a second as one i wanted back in stock tried to contact to send first back no response tried over a week emails website TikTok instagram nothing finally told send back received item back and nothing no refund or response terrible customer communication

I ordered a gorgeous necklace and earrings set, it was received fast by recorded delivery. The necklace had a slight (very minor issue) and the owner immediately sent me a replacement which came a day later after me contacting the company, replacement was perfect. The interaction between me and the company was fabulous and cannot fault. The customer service, as well as the quality of the jewellery is second to non. Would defo recommend.

I made an order for the Zoya collar necklace- with delivery the order cost me £34.49. After 11 working days I had not received an update- my order had not been dispatched or fulfilled. I attempted to contact them via their website, email and Instagram and was ignored- I then had to make a dispute via PayPal to get my money back. What a huge waste of time and disappointment- do not bother buying from them!

Love my new earrings!! They’re my favourite pair and I have owned them for around 2 months now and there’s no sign of tarnish. I have received many compliments since purchasing them. The packaging they arrived in was also so cute and delivered so quickly! No complaints!

I bought the Sorelle necklace, only worn a few times has spent majority of its life on my dresser. Wearing it last week it snapped straight in half, it’s made SO BADLY. Not sure if mine was a faulty product but the gold bit securing the pieces clearly not strong enough. What’s worse - Ive emailed and have not heard anything back. No number to call. Feel completely robbed - it was not cheap. Will not shop with them again

I've bought from NOTL a few times now and I definitely will again. I wear all my NOTL jewellery every day and nothing has tarnished or broken, it's great quality and looks fantastic. Also delivered quickly in nice packaging. My only note would be that the clasp on the charm necklaces is a bit fiddly to use, but it's such a small thing it's barely even worth mentioning!
