Buy from a reputable company

Waited over 3 months for my roots. I get them today finally but they r rotten, moldy n stinky!! NOT HAPPY!!!!

Don't waste your time or money with this company. Two months to receive an order. Emails, voicemail and get on the chat they say they will get back to you within 24 hours what a joke. Messaged them again a week later and still trying to tell me they need 24hours to get back to me. Worst company I have ever dealt with. Scammer's I say.

Very good product and communication throughout

I bought the Amastha Awaleha (500 gm) Respiratory Rejuvenator Immunity Booster from Navafresh online. The online ordering was pretty easy. The product itself is very good and I was happy with the communication throughout about the order. Though the order received took a long time, but that may be because it was being shipped from India.

SCAM! RIP-OFF!

I have just paid just over £36 for ONE standard bar of chocolate (inc postage) and, from their email reply to my complaint, Navafresh think that’s OK.
I ordered 10 bars of the chocolate and it came up with the price for 10. So far so good. Then for some reason I saw that it had changed the units ordered to ‘1’ but since it kept the price the same I assumed that they must come in 1box of 10. Over 2weeks later I finally received my order & there it was - 1 single (somewhat battered) bar of chocolate which had just cost me £36+.
As I write Navafresh are still saying this is OK. If they should happen to acknowledge that something has gone wrong & give me the appropriate refund then I will update my review. BUT BEWARE- if you’re using this company because you think they’re organic/environmentally friendly then think again- the products are coming all the way from India. Mmmmm!
