My 1st ever visit.
Professional, Honest and Trustworthy & Decent.
That basically sums up the staff and their ethos when it comes to dealing with your bike and you as a customer.
John and Neil both took the time to explain the emissions test thoroughly both pre test and post test with results and a detailed explanation of such.
On a personal note I was offered a much needed brew after 7 miles via uncharted roads and made to feel at ease whilst awaiting the results.
Although extremely busy there was a friendly atmosphere and in between fielding phone calls John was a perfect gent by not ignoring me whilst I sat chewing my nails!,(actually a sausage sandwich)
At the end of the day my much loved Bandit did indeed pass the emissions test.
Now, that may not mean much to many but after riding for over 45yrs, many workshops etc believe me it felt like I'd won the lottery!
Thank you Riverbank 👍 you certainly give mechanical engineers a good name not to mention restoring faith in the motor trade.
For that you have my eternal gratitude.
