Just had my MOT done through Halfords and used this garage the staff are friendly and very informative the service I received was second to none it’s was done quickly and efficiently will deffo be using this garage again thank you for a wonderful experience also they are very honest not like a few a could name and shame, thanks again hope to see you soon 😊

I recently visited the National Tyre Auto Centre in Wembley for an MOT, and I am thoroughly impressed with their service. Mr. Ibrahim, who conducted the MOT, is a great guy and incredibly responsible. During the test, he went above and beyond by fitting my under tray, which was a thoughtful and much-appreciated gesture.

In general, I would like to extend my thanks to the entire team at National Tyre Auto Centre. The staff members are professional, friendly, and efficient. Special recognition goes to the gentleman at the reception—Serush is fantastic and makes the whole process smooth and pleasant.

The team at this centre is a credit to Halfords, and I highly recommend their services to anyone in need of automotive care. Thank you again to everyone for the exceptional service! Thanks again !

Wembley Branch.

Dreadful experience with MOT Service. Incompetent staff, disorganized process, and neglectful inspection. Uncomfortable facilities, poor communication. Avoid this service for a more reliable and professional option elsewhere.

Excellent customer service, good price and good product. Ordered some new tyres, dropped the car off the next day and got them fitted, and got a report sent to my email. Great staff members too, I think their names were Suresh and Stuart

Very bad service as I just spoke to reception to check my tyre pressure as saw low air so he said you have to wait 45 minutes it’s very bad it’s took only 2 minutes to check air pressure but he said I can’t jump but one staff sitting in the chair not doing anything

Highly recommend for tyres.
The Wembley branch very nice staff & good facilities, took a bit longer than expected, then again I saw they were very thorough with the job, would I rather that or someone who slaps everything together quickly

Welcoming, courteous and job, four wheel alignment, completed as ordered.

I took my car to Wembley station for MOT and they fell me for lower ball joint and they charge me £400 to fix , the par cost only £19 so they charge me £381 to do the service , I refuse and I took my car to diferente shop and I got my Mot done and the technician say my ball joint was reason to fell me on MOT , and I got that fix on the shop for £65 on the job that national tire in Wembley wants charge me £400 , they are crocket crap not honestly shop very bad experience!
