If I could rate 0 stars I would, to start with I booked 2 new tyres, 4 wheel alignment, 4 wheel balance, a winter service and brake check, on the day I booked I left the car, as I walked past from shopping I thought I would tell him that I wanted the 2 tyres on the front as they didn't ask, then he told me the alignment machine was broke but he could do the rest, so I told him not to bother and rebook, as doing this would have smashed the new tyres, when I returned the mechanic was huffing and puffing saying it wasn't booked in correctly and it was all a big job, I left the car, 20 mins later I received a phone call and the so called mechanic told me 1 of my wheel nuts was snapped and they couldn't do any of the jobs and I had to pick car back up, when I went to pick car up they told me I need a new hub for the wheel and quote me over £300, I told them not to bother and cancel all jobs, I have had the bolt drilled and removed and a new bolt in the day after for £10, I think they snapped the bolt on purpose so they didn't have to do the jobs and get more money out of me, I will never return to this so called garage, bunch of messers and cowboys, overcharging for everything, please avoid
Edit: I have already replied to your customer service email, shame you reply to bad reviews quicker than you reply to emails, and this occasion not the first time you have let me done, it all started when I took my car in for all jobs and mechanic was going to change my tyres without doing alignment because he says machine was broke, that's why he rebooked it to Saturday as I had already lost half a day's work by getting let down the first time, booking ref: W7830953

4 star as i wanted to add a slow puncture repair but no facility.

The online scheme is ok but disappointed that when i called in the same branch as i am having them fitted the price they were able to quote was over £50 per tyre more expensive. if the price had been close i would have had them done there and then but had to come home go online and book appointment for the following day. The world has gone mad!

Unbelievable bad service
Was left by 3 staff with no other vehicles in the bays for 40 mins to be told that they didn't have any stock in
I was directed to national tyres Doncaster after asking if they had any stock .
On going to Doncaster also 3 staff to be told that all 3 were on dinner break so couldn't start for at least an hour .must have great employers

Booked my car in for 8:30, had confirmation of this time. Once at the garage they told me it was booked in for 9:15. They said they were short staffed and if I could leave the car with them. I was the second customer they had and I only came in for a 4 wheel alignment which they was unable to do. So they carried out a 2 wheel alignment without asking me before hand if this was ok. Was told I would be refunded the difference in price but as yet I haven't received this.

Ordered 4 tyres exactly the same size that I have on my van and got refused to fit them as they are not the standard and have to now wait for a refund
Your website advised me these was the tyres was correct , absolutely a complete waste of my time as I took time off work to get them done

Arrived ten minutes early for my pre paid appointment for two tyres fitted. Walked into the reception to be greeted with I presume was the manager who was sat at a computer desk furthest away from the counter facing away from me.he never turned round once just asked my reg etc with his back to me all the time, I am hard of hearing and he had to keep repeating his questions, not taking my printed invoice that your online purchase tells you to take with you.I was told to wait in the waiting room which I did and watched a trainee girl change my tyres that took best part of an hour which I didn't have an issue with but she wasn't getting much help from her team as it was apparent that she could not operate the 4 post ramp, had to get the torque settings checked on the wheel nuts and someone to take my vehicle outside, all this whilst an employee was washing I guess was is own VW camper right in-front of the viewing window! the manager didn't seem to mind and was in and out of the workshop in his trainers. if I hadn't gone back into the reception after watching my vehicle go outside some five minuets earlier, would probably still be sat there.

Arrived for my appointment at 8.30am waiting until 9 45 am.
Then told my tyres had not arrived.
Manager phoned supplier and got a load of excuses now it's Thursday
Thank National tyres lost some of my wage for nothing.
Kept trying to pay online via mobile and wouldn't take payment. I tired two mobiles and neither worked so I tried online chat (just a bot with no human interaction) so called to book. I was unable to use a discount code as it was 'online only' so I went and called the national number (which was hard to find). I was kept on hold for 20 minutes until I thought about about trying the laptop. I managed to complete purchase so hung up but because of how long I had to wait I missed a free slot today and had to choose a less convenient date/time. The extra star was for the discount.
Simple website to use, showed me a discount code before I paid. Happy days!!!!
