Absolutely awful customer service. No courtesy to call me to cancel my service that I booked in. They waited until I arrived to drop my car off to tell me they couldn’t service my car.

Don't buy a car battery from NT. Our new battery had 5-year guarantee. NT refused to change it when it failed stating that we had a parasitic drain. They did not have evidence for this. We spent £125 on an auto-electrician. The outcome of substantial checks with the car being on the auto electrician's premises for 48-hours was there was no parasitic drain and the autonator was also fine, concluding it was a faulty battery. On going back to NT with this evidence, screenshot of readings etc, NT reluctantly replaced the battery stating this time that it was our autonator at fault which had wrecked the battery. This is not the case as proven by constant readings taken. NT have taken away the 5-year guarantee from the replacement battery. This appears to be a scam to not honour 5-year guarantees!!

Needed two tyres replacing, they saw me waiting and were swift to get the work done and advised me on the correct tyres to replace instead of just doing what I had asked. Friendly staff, very welcoming

Came in on a clearly busy Friday afternoon, not expecting to to be booked in. Jasmine handled the booking, and had the tyre fitted in 25 minutes. Credit to the staff!!! Thanks Jasmine you're a star!!

A BIG Thank you to Chris at Horsham who sorted my problem with my spare tyre very quickly, he was friendly & helpful. I will definitely use National again.

I have paid £50 for diagnostic check following multiple instrument failure over the weekend. This is code for £50 to plug it into our machine. No diagnosis for car done, they have no clue what is wrong only to say it's and instrument cluster which are just words that mean nothing. They can't fix it ( probably because they don't know what is wrong) so I have got to take it elsewhere. Oh and the free tyre, brake and repair check that was also booked in at the same time was also not completed. Might as well have folded up £50 and put it in my bin. I won't be using these people again and I certainly wouldn't recommend them either. Shocking.

Alfie and his colleagues at national tyres Horsham really are such lovely people! They have gone above and beyond sorting my cars the last couple of days. I just want to say thank you again and I hope your managers see this and give you all a pay rise! Excellent team and I’ll definitely be using them again/ referring them to any friends or family :)

Brought my MGF for tracking alignment and was told it would not fit on ramp so was given prompt refund. Since then had ride height adjusted and returned for tracking check. Was told all OK and nothing to pay. Really great service, friendly and trustworthy. I will definitely use the Horsham branch again!

I have complained to Head office Case number 22601520. They have given me BS explanation that they can't deal with me direct because of the Data Protection Act. It took them a whole month to answer my email and I sent them two reminders.
My complaints to them are that:-
We were given a quote and the work quoted for was not done. They replaced ONE SPRING and the quote was for 2 springs and 2 shocks and wheel alignment. The quote for the wheel alignment was incorrect too as they quoted for 2 wheels and on my type of car it should be 4 wheels so I was charged for the higher amount.
There was no phone call to advise the car was ready even though they said they would call. We got an email and the only issue raised was of the extra Wheel alignment charge.
We were told this in an impossibly hostile way as if it wasn't anyone's fault that they had only done 25% of the job and just fitted ONE SPRING. I paid the quote amount as man was very agressive.
There was no client care or respect and at no stage was there any attempt to resolve the problems. No one apologised and no compromise was offered.
£420.69 is an incredble amount to pay for one spring and wheel alignment.
On top of all this when we drove the car away the car had the same issue. They had not done the job correctly and we had to go back and leave the car again to get fixed. No apology was made for this.
Absolutely appalling. Total rip off place.
Update after response- You have a compliant number. Look up the details on that. I am not starting everything again because you can’t be bothered !

I had a puncture so pulled in to use these guys, they are sharks really. The tyre I needed was a stock item, they had in in store and said they could fit straight away, but rather than give me the online cheaper price, refused as I was onsite. Unfortunately my car doesn't carry a spare which they were aware of so they opportunistically charged me £60 more than the online price. Poor service and would only use them if desperate.
