My appointment was cancelled I was told when I arrived no phone call before

I booked a free brake check only to be told on arrival that it cost £30 pound for a break check. Please Take FREE off the advertising to get people to go to your branch. It was a totall waiste of my time

Easy to use website, great price and garages nearby.

On time, quick and pointed out some maintenance issues I should attention.

I have dropped my car to change the tyres and after 2 hours waiting they said the tyres are not there and they don't know when the tyre will arrive on stock!

Really easy to choose my tyres and make payment for installment so easy and quick to apply....approved in minutes...so happy.

I will not recommend this site to anyone in the future.

1. After paying for the tyre replacement, I did not receive a letter with information about the payment, what day and time I have the tyre replacement.
2. The postcode shows a completely different location than the address of the service centre.
3. I arrived at the specified time, but the manager refused to replace the tyres at the specified time.

I initially booked an appointment a week in advance for the Ealing branch - even though I had an email confirmation, the branch claimed they had nothing in their system and tried to suggest there might be more than one National Tyre branch in Ealing??? I do not think I have ever witnessed three less interested employees ever.

Mohammad and his team is excellent at Ealing branch. I have been visiting this branch for about 20 yrs time. Every time I visited, I received a top class service. Every member of team works hard, satisfy customers and make them feel valuable customers to National tyres and autocare.

I booked an appointment for oil change.
When i arrived i ve been told that the guy who supposed to be doing it called sick i should come back next day first thing in the morning
I went back next day the other guy was surprised why did his collague reschedule because there is no one who can do it..as im working nights this “missunderstandig” messed up two days for me at work.
I asked for cancelling and the guy said i will speak with the manager who can do it..And i havent received any phone call or email about it
Tried to call the main number no answer but music, live chat no answer.. very bad experience
