Booked in for 4 wheel alignment, nothing stated on the website about not being able to cater for imported cars, wasted the morning waiting to take my car to get tracked, wasted an hour waiting for them to track my Evo and then get a call an hour in to tell me they couldn’t do it and wouldn’t touch because their system wouldn’t show any settings, even when my fiancé a trained engineer and mechanic and also in the motor trade told you the settings it needed!!!!poor show Halfords, only came to you as his garage don’t cater for all wheel alignment just yet! I’ll go elsewhere in future! I gave you the benefit of the doubt, silly me!!! had issues with you when I worked in the contact centre for tyres on the drive then recently taken over by halfrauds mobile expert, you caused my mental health to go through the roof and blamed everyone else for your poor care to your staff! and now as a customer you cause me issues!! Only went to you as you apparently offered same day service, and the amount of loose wheels and damage you caused! You’re a joke and don’t know how you still operate in all honesty!!! should have known better really definitely won’t be using you and your rip off services that your incompetent “technicians” can’t seem to complete
