Car booked in 10am picked up 4pm job not finished. Fit 2 new tyres a few weeks ago but the new tyres were losing pressure. Dropped car back off, they told me issue was resolved. Booked in for MOT. One tyre still losing pressure. He said he would sort it while it was in for MOT. Spoke twice on phone to see if car was ready. Was told MOT is done. Gonna do tyre now will be ready in an hour. Gave them 2hrs before going to pick car up only to be told when I arrived tyre still not been looked at. £250 for 2 new tyres paid for there and fitted by them. £50 MOT. Still left with a tyre that needs pumping up every 3 or 4 days. Will not use this outfit again.

What a great garage.
Wonderful staff who go out of their way to make sure all my vehicles are 100% when leaving the workshop.
Helpful, polite and knowledgeable & that goes a long way.

Collected a hire car and noticed both…
Collected a hire car and noticed both front tyres were illegal. Contacted the Hire Company and both tyres were replaced within a couple of hours, marvellous and outstanding service from National Tyres, Colne.

Had tyres I ordered online in stock at branch specified, went into branch to enquire when they would delivered to them and available to fit, asked if I would return in 2 hours and they fit tyres without fuss or drama or waiting. AA++ on service and fitting staff.
Wish it could happen like this all of the time not just tyres.
