Mystic Moments Recensioni

The delivery was very quick. Everything is well packed. The monoi oil’s perfume is gorgeous. The melt and pour base seems to be of good quality.

I love mystical moments essential oils. Very good quality. Also it is hard to find some of their products. Especially vanilla one. Hope they will have it in their stock soon! Can't recommend enough. I use essential oils for almost everything. Perfumes, lotions, massage, bath, air freshener, cleaning, diffusers etc. These are the best.

Can’t fault it. Great products and good value postage and fast delivery. 5 star

I’ve been purchasing a Mystic moment essential oils and premium fragrance oils for a while now and have always been really very happy with them.
Recently I purchased lavender essential oil and I’ve always been able to put it on my skin but this time it burnt..
I’ve purchased premium fragrance oil neroli and the smell has been absolutely stunning but this purchase(I purchased it through Amazon) had hardly any fragrance to it and the liquid it did have it did not resemble neroli at all.
I also purchased clove oil for my oil burner. It was so overpowered and it made me feel very sick so I’ve had to return it.
I don’t know what’s going on with mystic moments, but they are not coming up to my expectations at all ..
I hate giving negative reviews but on this particular time I feel I need to

I am very satisfied with the products I received so far. The price/quality ratio is excellent. I purchased Iso E Super and several essential oils (Amyris, Cedarwood Atlas, Ho Wood, and Cypress French) and the quality is great. The shipping was very fast and the items were well-protected in the package.
However, I am still waiting for a response regarding the VAT deduction. As I am located in Serbia (non-EU), I should be exempt from UK VAT, but my last order was not discounted. My future purchases will depend on resolving this issue, as I would love to continue shopping here if the VAT is correctly handled for international exports. Hoping for a quick response from the team!

Great seller, very fast delivery!

I've used Mystic Moments for a long time now, and the quality of the oils is superb. The service was quick and delivery was spot on. Never had any problems. Will definitely carry on using this company.

Great experience I love everything about mystic moments

Mystic moments has a great product range & you can ask to be notified when out of stock products are re-stocked.
All the products I have purchased have been competitively priced and excellent quality.
Postage is quick very reasonably priced. Items are carefully wrapped to arrive in good condition.

It is very good ingredients!!!

Item never arrived, lack of tracking information. Poor communication. Will avoid buying from them in the future.

The price was really attractive in regards to the product quality. The shipment was fast and the product was carefully packaged in it. Very enjoyable !

One product we need has been out of stock for months and no reply to my question as to when or if it will be back. It is the Day Cream Botanical Skincare base.

Nice product and good shiping

Due to the lack of product details and data safety, the shipment was delayed, huge customs fees were imposed, delivery was delayed, products were opened for medical examination, and some products leaked. I am very upset.
Please attach the documents with the product and the shipping company must bear responsibility in this regard.

The oils bought from Mystic Moments are genuine and worth every penny. Absolutely love my rose absolute and other ingredients I bought

Reasonable Prices with high quality materials. friendly and professional team with outstanding customer service. Well done Mystic Moments.
