I used MPP to obtain confirmation resulting, I believe in the process being completed months ahead of when it would have been using my Lawyer and without doubt definitely saving me £000’s in costs.
Having had such a good experience with getting Confirmation I again contacted Mike in relation to the preparation of a Deed of Variation for myself and one other beneficiary. As usual the response time from my Lawyer was glacial and the cost quoted excessive. MPP had the Deed prepared and issued within a week and even completed the forms for Registering the Deed to the extent that I only had to sign the documents and post them to the Registrars.
Best of all another £1000 saved. Job done at 1/6th of the cost, I really don’t know how my Lawyer could begin to justify the price I was quoted!

The good news is that we now have confirmation! I was apprehensive about the submission after some of the horror stories online, but it went really well. When we took the C1 to the local sheriff court last Friday I had expected just to hand over the forms, but the lady took us into a quiet room and went through the documents there and then – it only occurred to me half way through that she was basically approving it on the spot. She took payment at the same time and the documents were processed and ready for collection by the Monday morning – so hardly even 1 working day turn around. Brilliant!
