Great customer service by Ahmad, nice food and environment.

Shaghil is so rude and unprofessional. Been visiting MyLahore for years and never had an issue staff has always been amazing. Shame our last visit was a disappointment due to the rudeness of Shaghil, who apparently is a manager shocking with his attitude he’s a manager….
So on arrival Shaghil advised it would be 10 minutes for a table, 20 minutes later I asked and he said oh they just cleaning a table for you upstairs. After 10 minutes when I asked how long he said we just finding you a table… confused how can you go from getting a table ready for us to then be finding a table for us??
When I questioned this Shaghil was very rude and told me not to speak to him like that he’s not there to take s*** is exact words… I then said yes but a group of people that came after us you have gave them a table before us upstairs where we where suppose to go, he first said because they booked a table and I said no as I heard them when they came in spoke to him so he then said oh well they where a big group… Not sure how that made a difference so I asked again why how come it’s taken so long and he’s changed our table from upstairs to downstairs at this point he literally said be quite don’t speak to me like that… told him I wasn’t speaking to him rudely just asking a questions but he was so rude saying I don’t get paid to take s***. When I asked for manager he said I am manager and walked off, He didn’t even giving all of us a menu so unprofessional and unethical. He is not fit to be a manager a disgrace to My Lahore. However on the positive note our waitress Anmol asked we was ok and when we explained what happened she apologised and throughout the rest of our stay made sure everything was ok, an absolute asset to My Labore she went above and beyond with her service, much better customer service skills than the so called manager.. The experience with the manager has really put us off ever coming back to My Lahore a shame that after so many years of being loyal customers we don’t feel comfortable coming back due to the incompetence of Shaghil. A very rude arrogant person.

Amazing, we booked this place for a staff get-together. Lovely atmosphere and great food. And a special thank you to Mo, for looking after us all, super star 🌟

i would like to express my thanks to MyLahore on behalf of my patients and staff for the quite outstanding meals . This gift was gratefully received and, judging by the empty dishes, well received. There was absolutely no need to do so as what we do requires no thanks which makes this kind gesture especially delightful

We attended a family wedding on 18/11/23 at Walton View Hotel in Bradford - the service with a beautiful smile that was provided by Safiya was at a very high standard. Our food was served hot and no areas of our evening meal was missed and served on time. Thank you Safiya. 👍😊

Went to Blackburn restaurant to pick up an order made online. Easy to order with a good selection. Everyone very friendly when picking up the order. Food was great too, plenty to eat. Will go again

We ate the most expensive food ever. I'm truly baffled how the owner can justify sky rocketed prices for their dishes. Lasagne is the most scandalised dish, and it's so small and probably almost the size of a cheese onion pasty and even that is alot much cheaper at Greg's. You can better deal with buffet offer. If you pay depending where you eat, you'll get variety of dishes, at least you can eat as much and not the small portion. And I truly mean a small portion and My Lahore charge £8.95 for a small portion, it's not worth it. Furthermore, menu selection is very limited.You don't get much salad and you're charged for a minute portion. And I don't think it's worth it. We can get more choice for at a buffet restaurant.

A summary of my findings; eat at a buffet, if you fancy more than one dish. No one can justify how, why they bumped up their prices. The excuse would be inflation and cost of living, etc. They want to make more money from a small dish and it is a waste of money. And my conclusion is, eat at a buffet instead. Would I ever eat again, no, not at a food outlet, but, only at buffet restaurant. And even if you spend on a single dish or more, if going with friends or family, and you'd end up paying more. Dish prices vary depending what you order, but, still over the bloated inflated prices. If you pay over £8 pounds to £13, for curry dish, it is prudent to pay a bit more at a restaurant and have a buffet. Your experience will be more conducive. If you plan to eat at buffet restaurants once a month, etc. I've been eating at these food outlets for years and I've ascertained one thing, it's no longer worth it. This review is to highlight the over the price of curry dishes, e.g. Ghosh or chicken curry dishes. These are two dish examples, but, are so expensive. You either buy it and cook it at home or invest your extra money and ear at a buffet restaurant. I prefer buffet and pay £16-£25 and you get your money worth and you will leave a pleased customer wanting to eat some variety of tasty dishes. It would cost you more to pay for several dishes, so I recommend it is more practical to eat at a buffet restaurant over standard food outlets. I don't expect food outlets to give you much larger food dishes, but, will charge you more for a smaller dish. I have disconnected myself of going to these food outlets anymore and I've realised buffet offers are better in the long run. I review it for one reason and determine if the food was good, undercooked, overcooked and over priced for a small dish or two. These things I Iook at and decide on my analysis of offer food outlets offer. I give you one example; My Lahore Parmesan price is over £12 pounds and you can get a better price and size portion which lasted me two days, cause, it was a big portion I ate. I've seen the menu and everything small in portion and over inflated prices. For me, it is a no. Good luck in hunting a better deal elsewhere, if you can find. If you choose to accept my statement, you'll save a lot more and get your money worth, if you are eating at a buffet. I'm only pointing out if you want to eat various tasty dishes and buffet is better. But, if you decide to eat a single dish with a friend or family, you will pay more dearly. Why? They can justify it or we consumers decide to say it's unreasonable proce and not much on the plate. Good luck, my peoples' in hunting.

Being an avid fan of MyLahore food delivery experience, I recently visited MyLahore for the inhouse dining and I have to say, I was very much impressed! The food arrived hot and fresh, and the service was exceptional.

We ordered a variety of dishes, including mixed grill starter, karahis, naan, roti, salads etc. Each dish was full of flavour and made with quality ingredients. All of the food was cooked to perfection, with just the right amount of spice.

Overall, I would highly recommend MyLahore to anyone looking for delicious food, along with a variety of food options. (gluten-free included)
The quality of the food and the service were both five-star, and I will definitely be visting them again in the future.

We visited MyLahore whilst visiting Bradford from Glasgow. The food was absolutely amazing, and the staff were outstanding! Couldn’t be faulted. Looking forward to our next visit.

This was my first experience at MyLahore, the food was delicious and the service was excellent. We had a fantastic server I think she was called Nahrem, she made sure our stay was an enjoyable one, she went over and beyond to meet our every need, nothing was too much and always with a welcoming smile. The food came hot and was tasty. You can also take your leftovers home in a lovely containers and bag. Thank you MyLahore.

Second time being to my Lahore at Manchester. Love the food. Generous tasty portions. Service is excellent. Will be visiting again.

Just been to MyLahore for the first time,it was a wonderful experience.
We were welcomed at the door on arrival, taken to our seat and Abdul came and introduced himself as our waiter.

I think his name was Osame. Just like home from home. Food very good, service excellent, can't wait to go again.

The food is tasty but its rip off with portions served is very small and not worth it at all. They have increased the price and reduced the size of portions served.

First of all I would like to apologise to the management and staff for the very late overdue review from my visit a good few months back…anyways I must say the manager Usama was very understanding of myself being uncomfortable due to the music being played , so on my kind request to change from music to Nasheeds he did not hesitate to do so , which then Alhamdulillah made my visit and experience very comfortable and pleasant , the food and service from all members of staff especially the waiter who is originally from London I think his name was Faizan or FARHAN or Safwan not sure unfortunately , he was very kind and respectful and had very good manners also… for me it’s not about the food , Alhamdulillah the food was good ( all food is good ,it’s a blessing ) it’s about being there with your loved ones and being comfortable and enjoying the eating out experience with your loved ones.. which we did eventually thanks to the understanding and good customer service of Usama and his staff, Jazakallah .
Ps.. a kind request to Head Office Management to try to avoid playing music in the restaurants and if need of some back ground sound the play Nasheeds , InshaAllah it will bring more Barakah for everyone … Jazakallah

Excellent service.Very nice and large portions of food.Fast service and the waiter Abdi in particular was very attentive and nice I couldn’t ask for someone any better
