Ordered in august and kept getting promised missing items never came was also promised something in return for being so chaotic and late and still hasn’t showed up that was two months ago. If you want your items to arrive don’t shop here it’s shockingly bad. I don’t understand how someone can run a business like this it’s actually the worst I’ve dealt with possible ever. I’ve never had to chase up a refund for so long and had so many false promises. Don’t bother

I've ordered from mykstyle many times and will always be a repeat customer! Their customer service has always been excellent and the shipping times are amazing :) I've always trusted this website thank you for your hard work !! <3

Order #2184 - Missing item

Received 1 item, I've been trying to get a response from the website, email and Instagram account. No response after several attempts.

Buy at your own risk.

I have no idea if my remaining item is on the way or if I can even get a refund.

Eventually got a response back on the 17th of Jan. An error was made marking the missing item as shipped when it was out of stock. Got a refund.

I originally ordered an air shot and medicube.
The air shot was delivered and after a long wait another air shot was delivered.
I emailed the company and after emailing proof was sent out a returns form.

The duplicate air shot was returned but the medicube hasn’t been sent out.
I’ve emailed the company twice asking for an update and then asking for a refund.

I’ve had no reply to these emails. The first email I sent to them was 03/01/24.

I’ve now had to open a claim with my bank to recover the costs.

It has been 3 weeks since I have put my order and haven't received it yet, there is no updates about it from their side although tried contacting them about it multiple time through the message button on their website and emails, I was planing to put another order and weirdly the replied to my query about putting another order but didn't reply to my query about my pending one!!!!!
Glad I didn't go through with it
I have sent another email today awaiting their reply.
But eventually I am afraid i will have to contact the bank regarding that.
Stay clear for now.
Will update if any changes

Update
So the seller hasn't responded there was no reply to emails, onsite or here.
After I raised that with the bank they didn't respond as well so Currently
awaiting refund.
Definitely avoid

Wish I’d read these reviews before placing an order!

Have ordered the medicube and have had no email, no response, no updates and it’s been over a month. Fearing I’ve been scammed also. Steer clear

I placed an order on 4th December. My order number is #2056. Since then there have been no updates about the progress of shipping. I deserve to know when my order will be shipped because I spent quite an amount.
I've contacted via IG but still awaiting for response.

It’s been a week and my order hasn’t been shipped yet. I know it’s early but I’ve contacted them twice and I have no response. I’ve already had troubles with other Kbeauty companies and their shipping so I don’t have a lot of patience anymore so after seeing some of the reviews on here I fear that it’s a scam. My order number was #2032 in case they want to reply but I recommend not ordering from here.

Love that this site has different brands! It's one of the few, probably only(??), that stock Mediheal! I was so happy I found it!
The only issue was delivery time but it clearly states pre order items take longer. As mine was delayed a little longer I was notified by email and kept up to date. The original email was in my junk so I didn't see as soon as, make sure to check your junk/spam! I only ordered 2 items but the samples were so so generous!!
Also love the website design of this store, my only negative is to be more active on socials as you have great products and a great image!
Will shop again xx

I ordered two items a month ago and spent £60

I contacted after two weeks they said it would be shipped the week after. I still haven’t received anything or any update at all and have tried emailing and messaging. Really upset and feel like I have been scammed.

I really loved that I could get authentic Korean products at my doorstep! The delivery wait time is a bit long but I guess its worth the wait. Also provided me with samples of Centella sunscreen and another Korean brand I hadn't heard of. Overall happy with this service and will continue buying from here!!

Great communication from the team whenever I had a query. Product is AMAZING! A bit of a delay with delivery due to it being a pre-order item but the team were great with keeping me updated.

I bought something on the 27/09/2023 and still haven’t received anything - i’ve tried to contact and they haven’t responded to any of my emails. There have been no contact to advise me of when i’m going to receive my order. currently thinking i’ve been scammed and will contact my bank soon if i don’t hear anything soon.

I ordered and paid item 27.08.2023 and today 18.10. still have nothing.
I gave them many chances, tried to contact them and discuss when the item will be dispatched. No communication from their side. Very unproffessional, I dont recommend.

i ordered a product months ago turns out it was a preorder item which wasn’t stated at all during the ordering process (had to email to find out). the item then was delayed because their shipment was late and again the following week now it had apparently been dispatched a week ago however royal mail still hasn’t received it from them and nobody is replying to my emails. i will be contacting my bank if i do not receive my order.

I ordered a pre-order item and while the wait was longer than expected, everything about the way it was handled more than made up for it, there was constant communication and reassurance and I will definitely order from the website again. Looking forward to using my new product!

Stumbled upon MYKSTYLE UK over from Depop and gotta say I'm happy. Their site is easy to navigate with a great range of genuine K-beauty products at good prices. Ordered a bunch and got my package within a week, well-packed with some cool samples thrown in.

Had a tiny hiccup with one item, but their customer service, shoutout to Queenie, sorted it out swiftly with a quick refund. Loved the personal touch in dealing with issues.

The Aloe Soothing Sun Cream is a game changer, sits well on my skin and doesn’t break the bank. They appreciate their returning customers too, sending over new product freebies which is always a nice surprise.

MYKSTYLE UK is now my go-to for K-beauty staples. Their blend of quality, affordability, and fab customer service makes them stand out. Can’t wait for my next skincare haul with them!

Half of my order arrived 11 days after purchase. Multiple emails ignored.

There are better UKKorean skincare companies out there.

TLDR: A small business I thought was a scam at first but is 100% legit and provides amazing delivery/products and even better customer service for a good price.

Definetely a smaller company so at first I was suspicious this was a scam but after looking at the reviews and instagram page I decided to buy as they had the best prices. Definitely worth it.
One of my items was not currently in stock and I was informed quickly via email and given the option to replace or have it delivered separately for which I chose the latter.
The delivery was fast and the product that came as well as the samples were in good, safe packaging. The sun screen works nicely but that's not relevant to the company.
Just now I decided I didn't want the item that had been scheduled for later delivery so I sent an email requesting a refund as the item was not yet shipped. Within 15 minutes I recieved a full refund and email.

All reviews here seems to be positive which encourage me to order from the site. Little did u know that I pre ordered the medicube device which says 2/3 weeks to arrive it's now been over one month and I have still not had the device being delivered. There has been countless of emails going back and fourth between me and Queenie, one of the email (being the third week) saying the shipment is late and I'll get it next week. I email again that following week to be told that she had no control over shipment date if that's the case then she shouldn't have falsely advertise on her webpage that it will take 2/3 weeks also she shouldn't have said in her previous email that it will arrive next week. If she didn't have control she wouldn't have known to tell me it would arrive next week so it's either that or she's lied. So I would steer clear of this site if you plan to buy anything.
