I have been to Gib with MyGibraltar…
I have been to Gib with MyGibraltar twice now, and I am delighted with them. I get a great deal on the flight and hotel each time, feel confident in their business dealings and have no problems contacting them. They send frequent information after your booking containing various documents, information and reassurances. I will continue to be a customer.

Overall a good experience
Some problems with the website. Wouldn't let me complete the booking online but they phoned immediately so I could complete the booking over the phone. That was the only problem. Overall a good experience with the booking.

I have used My Gibraltar for 20 years
I have used My Gibraltar for 20 years. They are excellent -responsive and courtious. However, on a few occassions their Web booking process has slipped up- I have printed off my tickets, hotel voucher, transfer voucher, but the ATOL certificate, and the Passport Information declaration have only appeared on my printer after phoning into the office who have then resolved this.
Nevertheless I will continue to use them. They are the best for Gibralter on the market.

Gibraltar is a great place to visit for…
Gibraltar is a great place to visit for a short break. We had a great time whilst there.The O'Callaghan Elliot hotel was very good and the staff very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for getting to all the attractions. The only problem we had was on the transfer back to the airport for our return journey. We had to chase up the taxi company having not been told of the time of pick up. We were late due to the transfer mini bus being late and delayed at other hotels on way to airport,and on arrival at check in we were told we had no seats allocated by Easyjet. We had to check in as normal as we hadn't checked in online before hand and was told plane was overbooked. We did get seats allocated after everybody had checked in but was a little stressed by it all. It didn't spoil the holiday however and we would use MyGibraltar again.

We are delighted to hear that you had a great break in Gibraltar and you enjoyed the hotel. Sorry to hear about the return transfer delay. The return pick-up timings are normally advised by the transfer company upon arrival who dropped off. We will just refresh that procedure with the transfer company for the future to ensure it's communicated. We recommend that all travellers check-in online with the airline when their respective online check-in opens just to avoid the kind of worry that it can cause at the airport, as in your case. We are glad (and relieved for you) to hear that it all worked out though.
