Jack Ross was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. We changed dates, times, and flights more times than I can count, trying to line everything up with our dog sitter, and he handled it all with patience and professionalism. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and he kept working until we found the perfect option.
He made the whole experience feel easy and stress-free while still getting us great value—honestly felt like VIP service on a budget. Highly recommend Jack if you want someone reliable, responsive, and genuinely helpful.

Holiday to Romania
I made an enquiry for a trip to Romania.
The package deal was explained in detail, flights, accommodation and the trip to Dracula's Castle.
Ava communicated with myself all the way through, very grateful for her assistance, very efficient and called to confirm all the details prior to booking.

Disneyland Paris
Josh Bevan has made my trip to Disneyland Paris a wonderful experience. There was a small "hiccup" when I reached the hotel, but after calling Josh, it was immediately sorted. He tailored my trip according to my needs and I will definitely use low cost vibes again.

EXCELLENT SERVICE WITH LOW COST VIBES.
This was my first time lowcost vibes arranged our trip to disneyland Paris. We had the most excellent experience, thanks to Leo Skywood who organised everything from flights, hotel to our tickets into disneyland Paris for both parks. Leo was approachable, patient and always answered our questions promptly. He was able to sort out everything for us within a short period, especially since our decision to go to disney was impromptu. I was amazed at how fast everything was sorted. He kept in touch, every step of the way and even contacted me to tell me about the new availability to this amazing hotel when there was a new availability.
Because of this, my children and I had such a great time without any hiccups. I recommend their service to anyone planning to have a holiday away. We will definitely be patronising their services for our next trip. Thank you again to Leo for the amazing service.

Ava completed my booking 2 nights in each city Bratislava Vienna and Berlin my instruction city centre hotel and I will pay extra to be near attractions.Bratislava hotel same height as the castle not in centre. Vienna hotel in a shopping district 45 mins fast walk to the centre and attractions (spoilt our experience) night before leaving to Berlin we said we better check location of hotel(just to clarify this was a last minute booking due to another holiday cancellation / Middle East flight )we was going to be 45 mins drive from central Berlin we booked a different hotel by ourselves so as not to ruin our last city experience. Also disgruntled at having to check in and purchase all our own luggage for all 3 flight all different companies (I am not too good with apps etc very stressful) came back messaged Ava not interested said thank you for the feedback for future bookings Really!!! (I have a holiday with another company who has purchased my luggage with priority boarding etc

My Travel advisor Steph Brook worked tirelessly on my package until it was completely suitable. Nothing was too much to ask and worked well into the late hours to make us happy. I have never booked a holiday through a Travel Agent before but I will certainly hold onto his number for any future holiday I want to book. He certainly is a gem.
