Every year I ring My Gibraltar to book…
Every year I ring My Gibraltar to book our holiday and every year the booking is made quickly and efficiently always have a laugh with the girl I book with she does everything for me sends me my documents as I don't have access to a printer, good value great service wouldn't book with anyone else.

only second time have booked a break…
only secoond time have booked a break on the telephone and was not sure if to trust my gibraltar but i did phone them to book a 4 day break iwas not that inpressed with there customer service as when i spoke to them they just wanted the money but i got the first emails ok but after that i had to keep phoning them for updates but i did get hotel confirmatiom about 8 days later but i had to do my own check in for the flight which did not go well because the airline code i got did not work i phoned the airline and they said they had no booking with that rev code //panic was it a scam // NO IT WAS NOT A SCAM but i have now booked in with the airline NOT HAPPY WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE AT MY GIBRALTAR

I have used MyGibraltar many times, you always get the Hotel you want and the airline you want. just a simple phone call, you get a very helpfull person with instant protection...or you can go on line and be told by other web sites that most Hotels are full etc etc. Use My Gibraltar, its quick and easy..

I am 82 years old
I am 82 years old. I ring My Gibraltar and everything about my journey is sorted. I have dealt with them twice and every time they have been so helpful. I have not had to worry about anything. I would certainly use them in future.

We have booked 3 times with my…
We have booked 3 times with my Gibraltar but when I booked this time I did not get a good friendly response from customer service. Deposits very high considering how far in advance we booked half the amount of the holiday.

As far as deposits are concerned, I can not comment on your specific circumstances, however, I can tell you that these are set at a level to cover the non-refundable parts of the holiday. I can assure you that My Gibraltar does all it can to minimise the deposit amount for our customers.
