Wat een bagger.
Ik heb al maanden schimmel aan mijn plafond wat niet weg word gehaald ondanks constante reparatieverzoeken.
Mijn vaatwasser was kapot toen ik introk, dat is hij nu nogsteeds.
Ik kan ze op geen enkele manier bereiken, als ik bel word er na 5 minuten muziek gewoon opgehangen.
Ik ben liever dakloos dan dat ik met dit bedrijf deal.
Verschrikkelijk… ik weet dat het lastig een woning te vinden is maar kan iedereen afraden met deze partij in zee te gaan.
Fijne ervaring met MS Vastgoed. Ze denken echt mee, houden rekening met de omgeving en leveren woningen van goede kwaliteit. Prettig en professioneel contact.
I had a terrible experience with MS vastgoed. I have been renting a house that is managed by them for the last 3 years. For small items like changing a tap etc, they were okay but when my fridge broke down on a Saturday they refused to take action as an emergency item and I had to call somebody on my own expense to have a look. His conclusion was that the fridge needs to be either replaced. Then I made a report through their portal and then on Monday i had to call them 4 times all that to connect me to their maintenance department and tell me that I would receive a call from the store they cooperate to check the fridge. Then I had to call them myself since they didn't call me back and they told me that they can only replace the fridge on Thursday morning (and only after complaining to them about it). Meanwhile if you buy a new fridge from every store they offer a next day delivery. So in the end, I had to do everything myself to get a fridge almost a week after the old one broke down! Be careful when you rent an apartment and the maintenance company is MS vastgoed.
