Prompt attention on reaching the garage. Needed a 2nd visit as tyres not available on 1st attempt.

Quicker Fit
My car needed a tyre urgently following an MOT failure. Despite being busy the team at Mr Tyre went the extra mile and fitted my new tyre the same day. Thank you for your excellent service 👌🏼

Well won't be returning
Well, part fitted at Walsall within 6 months raised as an advisory on the next MOT, "fixed" on the same day, now out of the 12 month warranty, yup you guessed it, it's an advisory again for what has been replaced once and fixed once. Less then 6K miles driven since part was first replaced, less than 3K miles since it was "fixed" again... Don't think 6K miles is good enough for a wheel bearing to be honest. Sales of goods Act apparently superseded by the manufacturer 12 month warranty.....ummm nope.

Car service
Great customer service very knowledgeable took my car for a service told them I was having problems with the brakes he said leave it with me. 30 mins later he had it sorted. There prices are not to bad. Would recommend them.

Had my services and MOT here the last 2 years and they've been great. Staff are always polite and helpful. No aggressive up selling just tell what you need and how urgently. Really straight forward and easy.
