Very helpful and friendly could not save the tyre due to another nail init but there pricings are excellent and good quality tyres.Used this tyre company many times and hopefully will continue.Well done

First time using Mr Tyre it was really easy to book an appointment for a tyre change with a good selection of tyres to choose from. All of the staff were great and they got the tyre changed quickly and professionally.

Easy to find the product I wanted on the website. Easy to book a fitting appointment. No queuing on arrival. My car was treated with care and all the wheel studs were carefully torqued by hand.

I was really impressed with the service I received from Russ and Sean. They were both incredibly welcoming and managed to fit me in straight away, which was a huge relief. The job they did tracking my wheels was first-rate, especially as I was preparing for a long bank holiday trip. They also gave me a heads-up about my rear tyres, advising that they’d need attention soon – very helpful. I’d definitely recommend them for their top-notch service and friendly approach.

I recently went in for an interim service, but unfortunately, it wasn’t a great experience. I wasn’t given a report detailing the checks that should have been carried out, and when I asked simple questions, I was met with blank stares.

Regarding the “top-up of all under-bonnet fluids,” I was told that this only applies to the full service — even though it’s clearly listed as part of the interim package I selected. Honestly, it seems like the only thing that was actually done was the oil change and filter replacement. I suspect everything else was missed.

I checked the oil level myself after the service, and it’s actually above the recommended mark. At first, I thought it might be due to the car doing a regeneration cycle, but after a 150-mile trip, the level hasn’t changed.

Also, my car was only set to a 7-month interval until the next service, which makes me think I should’ve gone for the basic service instead.

To be fair, I’ve always had a good experience with their tyre services, they’re excellent in that area. But when it comes to servicing, I’m disappointed. It needs improvement, and I won’t be using them again for a service.

Friendly prompt service. I would have given full marks but was asked where the tool for getting off wheel nuts was. I didn't realise a special device was needed. Luckily the job got done because another member of staff found it under the spare tyre in my boot!

My car was taken in 5 mins before time slot,work started immediately and was completed quickly, friendly staff.

I had a excellent honest customer service today at the Telford Mr Tyre branch. I thought I needed four new tyres, it turns out I only needed 2 tyres. Thanks to the guys pointing it out and showing me too. I can't rate this garage enough. If your looking for decent tyres for a great price and honest customer service then look no further! Thank you again I will be back when I need too! 🙂
