Absolutely fantastic service
Absolutely fantastic service! They did a great job on my BMW x6 . Really helpful, honest and trustworthy. Friendly manager and deputy. I couldn’t ask for anything more and will be using them from now on. Just recommended them to some friends as well. Defo the best Garage ive been to.

Wheel change
They could not remove the lock nuts so I had to go back the second time, when they did remove it without any special tool but a guy who was more experienced. They also charged £25 extra for that without disclosing it beforehand. They have also lost the cap from the tyre so I had to buy new ones.

We’d like to clarify that when your vehicle was initially presented to us, it was missing the locking wheel nut key. Without this essential tool, we were unable to safely remove the lock nuts using the standard method. As a result, our technician had to carefully remove the lock nuts using a more involved process, which unfortunately required additional time and specialist effort. This is what led to the additional £25 charge, which we understand should have been communicated more clearly beforehand — we apologise for any confusion this may have caused.

Staff could be friendlier and more welcoming
The service was efficient, but the customer experience left much to be desired. When I arrived, there was no acknowledgment or greeting from the staff. I was simply instructed to drop my car in the bay, which was fine. Later, when I called to the counter to make payment, the interaction felt cold—no smiles or conversation. Staff behind the counter seemed disengaged, mostly occupied with their phones. Overall, the atmosphere was unwelcoming and made for an uncomfortable experience.

Ignorant miserable staff
Great at there job,but awful customer service!!. Staff are not very welcoming no one said hello or bye,specially when I made the effort. In all just a bunch of ignorant miserable people,that's why I only go there if I can't get into another tyre place.

Pulled up early for my appointment was got straight in by Molly who did a great job fitting my tires very quickly then came into the invoice. I was on my way in less than half an hour. Very impressed with the service from Chris and Molly.

Learning while servicing your vehicle
Reception is excellent, the manner I was received started the lovely experience. My concerns were attended to with a fair price given that I had checked prices with other garages. Also, after the work, I was given a lecture about things I didn't know about my car. Tony who worked on my car then said to me "you learn everyday". I was extremely satisfied with the work done.
