Very helpful
Booked a slot for my exhaust and was seen and invited to look at the underside of my car so he could explain the situation on to why my exhaust was blowing and even gave me some advice on a different part of the car that could do with some attention to prolong its lifespan as in his experience is a well know problem for my make of car which was very helpful. Overall i felt as a woman driver he was very honest and i just needed a small bracket fixing as i had hit a stupid bump on our crap roads not a complete exhaust as i imagine some dodgy garage would have fobbed me off with.
