These Guys are amazing! No fuss & they give good advise, they know what they are doing.
I was there for a new tyre and balance but they ordered a much needed wiper blade, it was delivered and fitted within an hour WOW!!!!!!

I ordered 2 tyres online, using the search parameters I required. After I had ordered and booked a fitting date, 3 days later, I realised the load rating of the ordered tyres was not what I wanted, though suitable for my car.
The following day I visited Castle Boulevard garage in Nottingham and explained the above.
The staff were brilliant and ordered the correct rated tyre, saying that the original ordered tyres would still be received by them, that day and the correct ones by the fitting date 2 days later.
I attended the garage at the booked time/date (Ssturday 09.30) to be told that neither orders had been received!
Fortunately they were able to source a suitable alternative and fitted without me having to return. Though what should have been a 30 minute maximum visit turned into an hour longer than that.
Whilst I appreciate that things can go wrong and the staff sorted alternative tyres, I really dont understand why failed delivery of my tyres wasn't picked up the previous day, or when the garage opened at 8am. Surely it's a simple process to check deliveries have arrived for that days work and then resolve the issue either by resourcing and or contacting the customer to avoid a 20 mile round trip for nothing.
Staff were generally good, the tyres appear good quality, the background failings were not satisfactory.
All that aside. I have used this garage previously and would do again.

Received a warm and knowledgeable reception from Gary on reception who made every effort to accommodate my requirements. He was friendly and most helpful and I was very satisfied with the efficient manner with which my vehicle was dealt with.

Friendly staff. speedy service. Job done.
