Excellent service as always. Richard, the manager, sorted out our car from a walk in and fixed the tyres so we could get going within an hour. Fantastic service and really friendly team.

I arrived at Mr Tyre with a significant…
I arrived at Mr Tyre with a significant buldge in my tyre and when asked by the chap behind the desk when did I want it fixing, bearing in mind it was dangerous, he seemed surprised I wanted it changing immediately.
I checked on the website before I arrive at the garage which showed the garage had 2 mid range tyres. Upon arrival and booking my car in, I was told they only had 2 premium tyres. I believe that I was told this because I was a woman. My tyres cost £280. I asked for the tracking and balancing to be done and I don’t believe this has happened as my car now wobbles and won’t drive in a straight line. Disappointed.

As far as the tyre options are concerned we only had one mid range in stock from the 15th December until 10th February as they have been on back order.
All our work is fully guaranteed please return your car to our store and we will make sure that any issues are corrected.

Popped round without having phoned or…
Popped round without having phoned or booked in advance as a bulb was gone in the car.
Staff were very friendly and said they could do it for me if I left it with them. Took a very quick walk round Tesco across the road and then got a text to say the car was ready to collect. Thank you.

Got there just as they opened up they got my car in straight away, diagnosed the problem quoted me a price ordered parts and job was completed within two hours, very efficient and courteous staff.

Quick and friendly service
They were very busy but allocated me a time slot and took approx 50 minutes to change tyres etc. Warm waiting room and very pleasant staff
