Pleasantly very professional.

Friendly welcome, no stigma about buying the cheapest tyres in the shop, and pleasantly surprised that the fitter had lined up the yellow dots with the valve, and the locking wheel nut. I'm not slinging any mud but I'm not sure all the branches are as regemented? I shall.make this branch my go-to branch from now on. Well happy

We completely understand how frustrating it must have been to travel 18 miles only to find that we were unable to carry out your booked service and tyre fitting. We appreciate the inconvenience and disappointment this caused.
Unfortunately, an unexpected issue with another vehicle significantly impacted our schedule that day. We did attempt to contact you beforehand, but it appears we had an incorrect telephone number on our system. While your email address was correct, we should have made every effort to contact you using the details we had available, and we're sorry that we didn't do so.
This is certainly not the level of customer service we aim to provide, particularly to loyal customers such as yourself and your family, who have supported us since moving to Lincolnshire.
We value your custom and would welcome the opportunity to put this right. If you're willing, please contact us directly at customerservice@mrtyre.com so we can arrange a new appointment at your convenience and discuss how we can make amends for the inconvenience caused.
