Ordered tyres on line at a competitive price. Fitted by my local depot on time and as agreed.
I have used this depot many times and have aways found them very good.

Brilliant customer service
Johnathan was pleasant, helpful and provided me with what I needed within 20 min to 39 mins all done and my car running lovely all without an appointment . Great service. Seems as if the a busy business and from what I experienced and saw of other people's issues they were very helpful

Took my car in for a knocking noise…
Took my car in for a knocking noise front nearside, diagnosed with track rod end, £164.95 later so fixed, I collected the car to find out the knocking was still there so returned my car to the garage, they had another look they acknowledged there is a knocking but unable to find the problem so it's booked in again on Thursday so is this going to cost me more for the work that was carried out wasn't the fault in the first place ???? I've just seen and read the reply and apologize for not hearing the manager say that they would look after me on Thursday...Many thanks.

Dear Mrs Wood,
When we checked your vehicle out on our ramp our technician found that the nearside track rod end had excessive movement in it, enough to be a Mot failure and play in a front vertical link bar. These were advised to you that required changing as soon as possible, your invoice also included the readjustment of the front alignment.
Unfortunately, there is still a knocking noise on your vehicle which is being investigated further on Thursday, I would like to mention that our assistant manager did explain this clearly and stressed don't worry about the price, we would look after you.
