Getting my tyre puncture fixed was so quick and easy from booking over the phone to coming in and having the work done. Recommend for swift and easy service. Amy really went above and being so kind and welcoming from the moment I stepped in the door and answering any questions I had :)

Long wait despite booking in advance, provided with a timeslot of 10.00 - 11.30 and arrived promptly, stupidly assuming it would be completed during that time. An expected completion time would have been helpful having two young children to entertain while we waited in town (3 hours in cold, wet and windy conditions isn't much fun). But called at 12pm to request an update and told it would be another hour but they would call. After no phonecall, we returned wet and cold after an hour or so to find we still had to wait while an invoice was produced.

Excellent customer service. Very polite friendly and helpful.

A really good and easy to follow service report comes with a service too (including by email). Plus any recommended work set out and priced. No pressure to buy.

All in all excellent. Price very good too - in fact the prices are easily set out. It’s all very clear.

Booked my car into Mr Tyre for its MOT,
Brake fluid change and to replace tyre pressure sensors as required.
The whole process went well and at what I considered a reasonable cost.
Staff were efficient and friendly.

I had a problem with my tyres and to me it was an energency. I had not booked my car in but when I went for help they were more than accommodating. They fitted me in and sorted my car out very much appreciated. Would recommend them to my friends.
