Good service at a fair price
The staff are courteous and helpful, I have visited the garage on three occasions during the past 12 months and the advice that I have been given appears to have been reasonable and objective. I have never felt pressurised to have work undertaken and I have always been offered satisfactory justification for any work recommended. The service that I had done recently was completed in good time and at a reasonable price. I am happy to use this garage in the future.

Check your pressures afterwards!
Tyres came at a good price and were fitted efficiently. Waiting room is clean and comfortable. Service was efficient. They gave me a tyre health report which happened to cover the tyres I had just had replaced though. However, I have not yet checked the torques of the wheelnuts. I did check the tyre pressures before driving off though. Two tyres replaced; one was 1psi under spec and the other 3psi. In my experience, that’s enough to make the car feel a bit funny. The spec is inside the door frame though. Rest of service was good though - no nasty surprises.

Excellent prices on four EV tyres
Excellent prices on four EV tyres. I ordered the tyres using the website and the appointment date and time too. Really pleased with the price, I always use Mr Tyre. There is a nice waiting area too.
