Mr Tyre Ltd - Derby (Normanton Road) Recensioni

Polite staff helpful and a good price for the work required would recomend

Great service and advice.

I’ve brought my car here for repairs several times, yet not once has the issue been fully resolved in a single visit. This time, I was dealing with a piercing noise whenever I stepped on the brake; I repeatedly asked the staff to confirm that the car had actually been tested and the noise was truly gone. They insisted there were no issues and the noise was gone—but sure enough, it was still there. I had to go back for another check, thinking it would finally be sorted out, but the noise persisted even after I drove away. I was completely baffled that such a simple problem remained unresolved. What kind of "high-tech" work requires repeated repairs for a simple brake noise? Whenever technical issues are involved, they never seem to get it right. Ever since I had a full service done, the car has developed various problems that never get properly fixed. On top of that, there’s an unresolved noise from the steering wheel—an issue left over from a previous visit. Even though these problems are logged in their system, the customer is expected to pay for the repairs all over again. It’s absolutely outrageous and shows a complete lack of responsibility; the technicians here really need to improve their skills. It’s truly disappointing.

They were open on time and completed the oil change in a timely manner

MOT done on time and very fair price

I booked a full service with Mr. Tyre and the staff were amazing. Any additional repairs and the costs involved were communicated to me. The pricing was also affordable.

helpful staff, ease of booking, great service

Quick and efficient got the job done ✔️

Great and Rapid MOT check and Full service. Always use Mr. Tyre Ltd and they are honest company.

Dissatisfied with the service, two of the four rims had been dented during my tire change.

It was so easy to book and the price was really reasonable. They did a search, checked everything in on the vehicle, re my tyres, and found another fault, which was good that it was sorted

Great service, great Staff.

Great place to get your car sorted. Staff friendly, helpful and looked after me. Highly recommend 👌

Efficient. No nonsense transaction

MOT even came with a slip to show my emissions test, very good. Would recommend. Very polite staff.
