Mr Tyre Ltd - Derby (Mansfield Road) Recensioni

Excellent service once again

Good quick friendly service

Prebooked online... Went in and was seen on time... Very polite staff members.... Tyre sorted... Easy peasy. 😁

The process of booking a slot was very simple. The chap behind the counter who took my keys didn't look as if he wanted to be there, it was very hot in the reception though without as much as a fan so I don't blame him

Great service from beginning to end, fast and friendly. Will be using them again in the future.

Fair price
Good customer service

As always, great customer service. Very happy with my car service and the advisory information given to me.

They did what we asked on time and efficiently.
No hassle and made it simple.

Helpful friendly staff good prices and efficient service

Mr Tyre were on time with my booking slot. They were efficient and changed my front 2 tyres very quickly. Would recommend to anyone looking new tyres. They even sent me a report on my rear tyres and the condition they were in. Price was excellent

Quick, easy to book an appointment and friendly staff. Good price to.

Professional friendly and quick , what more would you want highly recommend

I have used these guys for a number of years and previously have had no hesitation in recommending them to others.
Sadly, after today's encounter, I have to re-evaluate that opinion.
Today I was served by a gentleman whom I have not seen before. Previously been served by another man, who was fitting another vehicle today. Today's staff member needs to take some lessons from his colleague!
I had booked my car in for 2x tyres and an oil and filter change. On arrival, no parts had been ordered. I only needed an oil filter ordering, the rest was in stock.
This gentleman wanted me to leave my car for "at least two hours". I hadn't expected such a lengthy wait. When asked why so long, he replied that parts needed to be ordered (the filter) and they liked that amount of time "in case anything breaks and we need to order more parts".
What are you anticipating breaking on an oil change???
This gentleman's response was for me to rebook my car in when I've got a day off and leave it with them.
Throughout this exchange, this gentleman's attitude was appalling and can only be described as 'not giving a ...'
My purpose in leaving this feedback is not to gain anything, but in hope that senior management at Mr Tyre will see this review and offer this staff member some further training.
Luckily, there are plenty of places folk can go for tyres.
You've lost one customer today. Action may need to be taken to avoid losing others.

Booked for 4 tyres on-line, fast efficient service, polite staff, no up-sell. Perfect, thank you!

Great price and dedicated time slot, no need to wait for ages!

Fair price but most importantly the lads are really helpful, friendly & efficient.
I’d definitely recommend them.
