Had my tyre changed came to collect checked the work that had been done to then find that not only had they scuffed the alloy they have chipped the alloy it several places

We fit hundreds of tyres each month and issues like this are extremely rare. We use high quality, modern fitting machines equipped with nylon fitting heads and rim protectors specifically to prevent any damage to alloy wheels during the fitting process.
That said, we take any concerns about workmanship very seriously. Please could you contact us directly at customerservice@mrtyre.co.uk and include clear photos of the wheel in question? This will allow us to investigate the matter fully and resolve it for you as quickly as possible.

Daventry Mr Tyre
I have used Daventry Mr Tyre many times now. They are always able to identify the problem quickly without extra charges and do the work properly and quickly!! They have some very clever mechanics who are very honest and don't try to rip you off.

Not the usual service
Always been happy with the service here and the staff are lovely and informative however this time my locking wheel nut was broken. These things happen which I understand but I was informed this was due to being over tightened (my last 3/4 tyre changes have been at this garage). Due to having an MOT I asked to take the tyres so I was discounted £12. To get the tyres sorted cost me another £60. I don’t expect the cost to match exactly (I chose to take them elsewhere) but I find it hard to believe that the fitting would have only cost £12.
