Been here twice now and had great service both times, staff are great and feel like they take pride in their work, it’s great booking through the app as well because you know how much your expected to pay and no surprises when you go to pick your car up as the communication is spot on! Dear Customer,
We do apologise if when after we carried out an oil and filter change on your vehicle you had to return as the oil dipstick was showing just below the maximum but still within an acceptable limit, this was rectified on your return.
When our qualified staff member carried out the original work the correct listed amount was put in your vehicle and the level checked, unfortunately occasionally after a vehicle is driven a slight change can occur and a small amount of oil may have to be added. We are sorry for any inconvenience caused.
